Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

I found the perfect car -- a 2021 Porsche Macan GTS -- listed at a great price on Perillo BMW's website. Being from out of state (Pennsylvania), I reached out to the dealership remotely. At first, I hit some bumps with the initial sales consultant that responded; communication was slow and unhelpful. I almost walked away from the deal altogether. Thankfully, I called the dealership directly and got connected with Mike Fezatte, and that's when everything turned around. Mike was exceptional from the first conversation. He took the time to send me a few detailed walkaround videos of the car (even highlighting the rock chips), answered all of my questions promptly, and comes across as a genuinely good guy -- not pushy, just helpful and honest. I flew out to Chicago on a Saturday morning to complete the deal, and Mike even gave me a great local recommendation for Chicago pizza while the front office was finalizing the paperwork. The whole whole experience was smooth and I couldn't be happier with the car or the way I was treated. Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Fast and easy. All staff was pleasant, well spoken and mannered. Made an out of state purchase with a few email and phone calls. Sales person Luke was excellent.

Overall amazing experience. Really never have problems with service here. Employees are great and go the extra mile. Might need a snack bar. But waiting area is usually always empty so it is quiet and relaxing
