Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

Our car was towed there and from beginning to end, he kept in contact with us via text or phone with the work being done and when it would be finished. And when I got there, I had many questions and he answered every one of them with detail. It was an expensive fix but I trust the shop because talking to Chris made it easier.
