I accidentally clicked on the "check availability" button while scrolling (for the umpteenth time) pics of a car I'm lusting after. To my surprise, I got an email from Robbie at BMW of Spokane within 15min of my accidental click - and he shared a video walk-around of the car I'd been looking at. He then gave me a call a few minutes after that, asking if I had any questions he could help with. That is some pretty fantastic, low-pressure customer engagement! Even though I wasn't ready to buy anything (yet!), Robbie was kind enough to talk about the car a bit and let me know he's happy to help if/when I want to move forward. All told, this was one of the more pleasant car dealer interactions I've had!

I was referred to Boston Motorsports via Alfa Romeo USA due to a recall inquiry. They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. It's actually been about a year and a half now since I got a car from these folks, but after getting a couple other cars at other dealers, I've been inspired to come back to do this review. If you ever find yourself wanting to buy a car sight unseen, and have it shipped to you, without any drama or hassles, don't count on it. Unless you buy a car from BMW of Bend that is! Cheesy I know, but they did everything right, sent me photos and a video, got me an awesome rate at a local CU and even brought my car to my front door in a covered trailer 175 miles away, in the snow the whole way. It's a bummer that one can't expect a hassle free experience at all dealerships, but that's the way it is. Thankfully there are dealerships like Kendall BMW Bend!

I recently bought a 2021 BMW X6. that was priced extremely well and got a fair trade for my vehicle. The vehicle was very well detailed and in excellent condition.. Financing was able to match my own Credit union’s interest rate which was awesome. Overall, a great experience! I would certainly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle
