I had a great experience with Monica and Olya. They were both very professional, helpful, and friendly. Monica walked us through the process and provided us with different options that could fit our needs. She was very approachable and always available to answer our questions during the time period we were considering which car to buy. Olya sealed the deal with us! She was there when we went to finally buy the car. She was very helpful in clarifying a few remaining issues and she was also with us after we got the car to walk us through the many fun perks that come with the mini. Even though I was late to my scheduled appointment for my engine oil change. The BMW service department had a thirty minute window which made it possible to get there on time. I dropped my car and the rest was quick fast and easy.
