i had an issue with a bad transfer case on a 2013 328i. I had complained of a noise in that car for a year or so but it was never formally documented in service log. Finally it was found that it was the transfer case.. 4K part. my extended warranty was over. I was very upset. however, i want to thank Tim Stone, Service manager and John the deal GM for going out of their way to look at this matter and at the end fix it with no charge. I really appreciated their efforts! They were sensitive to a customers predicament and did the right thing. Thank you! However, my experience with BMW North America Customer Service was horrible. Those folks know absolutely nothing about cars. Why do they work at BMW? Not a good front for BMW to have folks that do not know literally nothing about BMW or mechanics answering phones and talking to clients. She also told me that i could not speak to anyone above her as her manager was HR and did not know cars. Hmmm, i hope someone at BMW headquarters is reading this.

It felt like the manager was tired. But he wasn’t rude or annoyed - just a bit exhausted. He helped choose the car, explained everything. I wasn’t expecting anything special, so I left feeling fine.

Victor Palumbo is truly an excellent person to work with. He is not just a professional salesperson, he represents the brand very well. He lives and breathes BMW. The BMW family should be grateful to have someone like Victor. Overall, my experience with Victor and team was fantastic. I love my first BMW, M340i. If you are in the market for a BMW, save your time and go visit Victor at BMW of Bridgewater.

Emails sent did not purchase car. Car did not have all the options I wanted. But it was a fair price. Better luck next time.
