They are cultivating clients, which is unheard of in the current used car climate of Northern Colorado. Jonn Eric took the time to understand my needs and we developed a rapport, which made me trust the man. In other dealerships, I was pitted against the used car salesman where it was clear only one person wins. Jonn Eric listened to me so thoughtfully, he made a personal connection between the Gebhardt family and mine. I met two charming, professional and welcoming members of this well-rooted, dynamic company. Jonn Eric made this connection for me. The time he spent with me allowed me to feel secure in my purchase. I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

This company was my personal savior today, and treated me with such kindness despite having nothing to financially gain! I got a blown out flat tire on a 95 degree day with my 4 year old with me (and a husband out of town). They were close enough to get to as i truly had no safe option to change my own tire in that heat with a 4 year old in the car! I have changed my own tire before so I felt embarassed to ask, but under the heat/circumstances knew I needed to seek help. They were friendly and patient, and went straight to helping me, without even acting annoyed at the interruption in the slightest! I tried several times to pay them but both gentlemen refused to be compensated for their time and energy even though their business was clearly busy. I strongly believe that any company that helps a stranger, with nothing to gain financially, and does so with such kindness and respect, deserves everyones business. It can be hard to know who can be trusted when money is being exchanged, but personally I would place my bets with them any day if they offer any service you can use. Thanks again for saving my day!!! I am only sorry in my flustered state that I didnt ask for the name of the gentleman who helped me. I may have been speaking directly with the owner before I left (not sure) but I hope that someone gets some extra credit in karma or cash. :)

Overall I truly do love this vehicle. Maintenance is easy and pretty standard. Troubleshooting issues is it's biggest downfall. Once you diagnose a repair usually it is more involved than just one fix because there is a chain reaction. But that is to be said with any high end import. The XDrive is great for snow and gives you complete confidence on the road.

I am very impressed with the used car team at Gebhardt. Kris was very knowledgable and friendly, responding to all my weird questions. Ryan managed to find me a better interest rate than my own bank. Tom gave me a bit of history of the dealership - one of the few remaining family-owned dealerships in Colorado- and showed me his beautiful classic car. I’ll be a customer for life!

The work was completed as promised and I saved a ton of money with the extended warranty purchase.
