Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

BMW always sets the standard when it comes to every detail of car inside and out. My red interior is an eye catcher. I just wish after market exterior parts are easy to find for this kind of car. Other than that, it's a great looking car.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Amazing handling for an SUV, and talk about torque! Once you hear that growl when the engine starts you get goosebumps. I can pretty much beat anyone off the line. She hugs the rode so sweet, and you can feel her hugging the road as you go faster. Yummy GRRRR
