Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

Can’t say enough positive things about my very recent buying experience at BMW Peabody. My sales advisor, Laris Gacanovic was professional, prepared, knowledgeable and worked appropriately to earn my business. Additionally Frank Lopez teamed with Laris to insure a good end result was achieved fitting my financial objectives and it was a win-win. Wrapping up the financial side of my positive transaction included Dan Kimball who was the most technically car astute business/finance person I’ve ever experienced. The vehicle prep/readiness and delivery all happened in under 24 hours and the handoff was completed knowledgeably by Chris Batten. End to end my best car buying experience ever and over my 50 plus car buying years I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles. Thanks Laris and the entire BMW Peabody Team!
