Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

They were very professional. They didn't overwhelm me with excessive emails and text like some other dealers do. They were great to deal with even though I didn't end up buying from them.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. The car was plug in, so should be charged battery before my appointment. Thank you.

Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

I purchased this car for my wife a few months ago now, and it has been a joy to own thus far. The car is very spacious (even for myself at 6'7" and 285 pounds) and carries our two children in the back without any distress due to the power function in the second row, something that doesn't always occur when I'm in the driver's seat of almost any other car. The seats are extremely comfortable, and it's both quiet in comfort mode and performs better than many would expect in sport mode, even as a 40i model with the 6-cylinder. While I prefer the pre-facelift X7 we owned before this one in terms of the front end, the rest of the car is an improvement without question.

Interior styling and comfort are second to none. Quality of fit and finish is what you would expect from a German luxury vehicle. New screen and apps are all very intuitive and responsive. Voice activated assistant understands common commands and responds appropriately. Mild hybrid supports outstanding fuel mileage and range. Twin turbo is powerful and quick with no lag. This is the finest vehicle I have ever owned.

Great experience. Friendly and well versed on the electrical i5 that I purchased. The car sold me after 2 test drives . Smooth as silk and full of power to spare. It's a must to drive . Doug ,RODRiGO and Jarmel were great. Very patient with my wife and i. I installed a 50amp with a dedicated 250 line. Best part no more gas stations for us. I gave it a full charge and was ready to go 316 miles . Cost to full charge was 8 dollars compared to a 80 dollar gas bill . Love the car , loved the people at open road.

My Takata airbag inflated was recalled for my vehicle. I left the car with Jim Reed who took care of it within a matter of hours. It turned out that the airbag in my car wasn’t defective and what I thought would be a 2day wait, turned out to be a 4hr wait which was of very little inconvenience for me. Uber to and from the dealership cost me $45 which was much better than having to rent a vehicle. The attendees were very reassuring, accommodating and pleasant.
