The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

They worked so well with my insurance company to ensure a smooth process, always kept me up to date as to what was going on with my vehicle repairs via text message and calls and having a loaner car available for me was a LIFESAVER!!!! My car has most options that are available, I don't have the rear wheel steering only because it wasn't available to me at the time. Over all I love the drive, comfort and styling in and out. I wish they would have left the full size shifter instead of just a knob for shifting. Also on the rear doors they removed the courtesy door lights, you do have the lights that illuminate your path as you approach the vehicle. And it would be nice if when you order the trailer hitch you can steal use the kick to open the rear hatch. This vehicle has so many features that youtube can help with. I would buy another one.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Pieroni was excellent to deal with. I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles. I would buy from Daniel and Park Ave BMW again in a heartbeat. It was painless and efficient as well as a pleasant surprise to deal with an honest, trustworthy car sales representative.

Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.
