There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order.
