The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I brought in a 2022 BMW x5 to service department of Hilton Head BMW to have an inspection prior to me purchasing the car from a dealership. They gave me an appointment right away. They preformed a very thorough inspection, even sending me a video of it! The service department staff gave me a detailed account of what was preformed and the outcome of the inspection, which turned out to be awesome. This inspection outcome led me to purchase the car. I?ve bought and serviced several vehicles at this dealership and value their opinion. I wouldn?t take my BMW to an other BMW dealership!

Fantastic customer service. Tristan was great. Greg and even the GM, Armando. Highly recommend working with them. Last minute, we found a large scratch and they were actually embarrassed it had been missed. Jumped on fixing it and offered to deliver it to us when done. WOW factor!

Couple months after buying a light came on. Came in - they checked, it was just a loose gas cap. Fixed for free, even washed the car. Very nice.

I’ve NEVER taken my BMW back for anything. Calvin, my coordinator stays on top of it all, and it’s impossible that anyone can be in such a good mood all the time. Jackie is the loaner car gal, but really she quarterbacks the whole front part of the service department. I took a star off for pricing, but that’s really unfair. You pick out a car you enjoy in the price range, so shut up about it. Right? I wish I was a bigger person.
