New and used 2025 BMW X7 SUVs for sale near Silver Spring, MD

I brought my BMW in for an oil change. It?s been a year since the last change which is what they recommend. I put less than 5K miles on it in a year. Everything went well with my service writer and the repairs. My only complaint is I had an appointment and it took slightly over 2.5 hours! I knocked the facility because they have the service department in a temporary area. The customer lounge seats are low, well worn and uncomfortable.

Awesome to drive. Smooth around curves. Barely feel bumps in the road. Most comfortable seats ever had. Solid. Beautiful interior and exterior! Easy to park. Lots of room!

Customer Service provided by our salesperson, Sorabh was excellent and very helpful in our questions on the car that we were interested in. He walked us through the tech applications and was very helpful after our purchase.We had a great experience in buying the car here.

I purchased a 2019 BMW 430I from Elite Auto Brokers in April and I absolutely love it. My sales rep (Fred) made the car buying experience super smooth. I went back yesterday to get my door checked out. I spoke to Bob and Liat on the phone before I made the long drive. They quickly confirmed a perfect time for me to bring the car in. I was kindly greeted by Bob the moment I pulled up, parked and hopped out my car. Jared took it from there. Jared and the techs had my car out the garage and me on my way in less than 35 mins! As a new owner of a Mercedes-Benz I strongly recommend Koons Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville and not some **** _____ independent shop in the area. I was not looked down on in anyway because my car was an older used car with over 200 thousand miles on it. Ms. Jackie Pressman literally went above and beyond to explain to me everything from getting the initial diagnostic to the oil changes to the follow up.

Everyone one was very nice, waiting 2 1/2 hrs for my oil change was a little too much for me although I do realize they were very busy but they did rotate my tires and oil change that being said, they did take good care of me to make sure my suv is running great so Thank you Koons Chevrolet

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.
