Pickup was very smooth, had a scheduled appointment to come in and sign paperwork (and view/test drive the vehicle), was in and out in under an hour. The service I received was top notch. I was greeted with a smile and they quickly informed the salesman I had an appointment with that I had arrived. Giovanni was very personable. I would have given each category 5 stars, but I had to rate the buying process as a 4, only because I was in there longer than I wanted to be. There was a delay with me signing my paperwork. The finance manager had to handle a matter that only he could do. That resulted in me having to wait until he was finished handling that issue.

This is actually the 3rd BMW I bought from this dealership (328->X3->X5). I have been shopping for a used X5 for a few weeks and visited 3 dealership in the bay area. I sent an email before the visit on the two cars I was interested, and got a response from Khaled with video recordings of both which were very helpful than the photos on the website. It just felt real. On the day of the visit, I was very pleased to see he parked both cars side-by-side in the parking lot right outside the building. Making it very easy for my wife and I to compare the two cars side-by-side and made a quick decision which one we preferred. The rest was just locking down the price and signing the papers!
