It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Among all the experiences, I have to say that Sami was the most honest, transparent, and respectful salesperson that I met. I went directly to him and asked about the resulidual rate, the money factor, and the MSRP, etc. He gave me all the numbers without a doubt, and on top of that, a great satisfying discount. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
