Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

My wife and I recently bought a gently used BMW x5 xdrive 50e at Laurel BMW. The showroom is beautiful, the selection wonderful and Jason, our salesman, was polite, not pushy, informative, and knowledgeable! That clicked a lot of boxes for us, as our experiences at other dealerships has been mixed. We found the perfect car. It sits up high enough for my pretty short wife and rides like a dream.
