I had my car serviced at BMW of Sterling. After a tricky diagnosis, the service team (Jeff S. and Mike) identified the problem and efficiently implemented a solution. The service department also provided a rental car that they covered since the dealership was out of loaners. Thanks to Jeff and the team for servicing my BMW just as the manufacturer warranty expired.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

I bought a BMW from this dealership and I had the most phenomenal sales experience!! Matt Tillman is an exceptionally great guy and I’ve never seen someone give such excellent customer service at any car dealership! He was really kind, took the time to listen, and helped me with my order. He always kept me informed during the whole process as well and provided updates. I’ve gone to so many dealerships in the past (Audi, Lexus, etc.) but nothing matched this experience. So thank you BMW of Sterling!! This was our 1st BMW Suv purchase. It has 3 rows which accommodates our three kids very nicely. It’s roomy and very comfortable. The only thing that it has that I wish it didn’t, is the automatic start/stop button feature. The brown leather is beautiful! The crystal knobs are great quality. We bought the M sport so it has all the sporty exterior features. I would highly recommend this vehicle. We’re very happy!

I love this vehicle! The cold water package, assisted driving, and executive package are great. The car drives very well for what I wanted and the 3rd row seating isn’t bad either. I had no issues getting in the back and I like how the 2nd row stops and adjust once it feels your knees. I’m not sure I’ll get tired of this car anytime soon.

When I arrived at the BMW of Sterling dealership on Feb 8 for some required maintenance work, I was immediately met by Carlos, a Service Advisor. Carlos documented my concerns and directed me to the waiting area. Carlos continuously kept me informed of the status of my X-5 repair and after receiving the recommended repair work from the mechanic, requested my approval to move forward with the repair work. During the entire time I was waiting at the dealership, Carlos was very professional and helpful. I strongly recommend Carlos as a Service Advisor and BMW of Sterling for the repair of any BMW that requires service and/or maintenance.

It is awesome. Features are amazing, it has great power and handles well. We love this car and would suggest anyone who is looking at this to look.

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

Not too big, but roomy enough for a very tall and big person to feel very comfortable. I called it a Space Shuttle the first time I drove it! Beautiful and a very comfortable car with modern and classy looks. The 3l engine has plenty power - despite my concerns that it wont for such a big vehicle. Certainly, the best vehicle in class.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

In my search for a luxury vehicle, I researched various luxury competitors and thought the X7 was the best. Due to that research, I purchased my first BMW and have owned it for one year. I can say that I am not disappointed! The only negative comment I have is the slowness of the power seats from one position to other. This is a very well crafted vehicle.

Michael is our service advisor. He does a great job. Things get done on time just like he says. All the stars allowed go to Michael and the mechanics. Bravo!

We have the M Sport pkg and really happy with the exterior trim, the interior details, plenty of headroom. This vehicle drives like a dream.

So you can see from the title this car is old but I am the sole owner, it?s never been wrecked and had all of it?s maintenance. Had to order parts. No surprise common with a car this old. Issue: one of the parts had to come from Germany and now that takes a lot longer than in my prior experience. Still at least I can still get OEM parts. Bad thing the parts and service advisors don?t really communicate no one called to tell me when the part came in so I had to do all of the follow up to find out if the parts were in so I waited a lot longer for the repair to happen. Good thing it wasn?t a thing that made me unable to drive the car. But once I knew the parts were in able to schedule service and it was pretty much par for the course these days no loaner up front, take dealer supplied LYFT to work, service took more than 1 day (could have told you that up front) but they did put me on the list for a loaner so when they knew the car wouldn?t be done set up LYFT to pick me up and I got the loaner car. Not as convenient as in the old days where a loaner was a given but at least I wasn?t stranded without a car. In the end service was done well and as far as I can tell correctly. The survey asks if you bought the car from this dealer. My answer sort of. The dealership has changed ownership over the years so not really the same dealership in my humble opinion. Now Auto Nation owns them and the dealership has lost some of its ?you bought it here so you really are a valued customer ? attitude. Sad because I have dropped 10s of thousands of dollars of service in 25 years. But there are still some employees from the pre AutoNation days that remember the old customer service attitude.
