The Explorer required a few additional repairs, which Alex and his technician promptly fixed. His willingness to ensure the car was ready for use was really appreciated. There are some unfavorable reviews here, but since we're purchasing secondhand autos, problems are inevitable. Those evaluations shouldn't stop anyone from seeing one of his vehicles and getting to know him in person, in my opinion. Alex was a great experience for me, and I think you will be too.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! The X1 sounds like a diesel motor when you start it, they could've def made it more comfortable, the brakes are really mushy, can only use super unleaded. The plusses are it's a BMW girls think I'm rich, Lighting on the interior at night is wild, performance is amazing, buying used saves tons of money. It's a thin line to buy this car, I feel like I got lucky with the price I paid and I'll be in a good position by the time it's paid off, but pricing has to be right on this car and it has to be in good shape mechanically. Buy from a reputable dealer because I wouldn't want to imagine how much it would cost to maintain/repair a poorly maintained one of these.

had for 20k miles, now has 113k miles. Haven't done thing but change oil and put gas in it. Zero issues. only reason for 3/5 star comfort is the seats are rather hard. Other than hat perfect car!

During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! You can tell as there is zero hesitation when he speaks. I like you, maybe right now, this does sound to good to be true. Like John would say, “Challenge me and I am 100 % positive, my word is the most important thing to me”. I have one more explanation point left. I say to you “Take my word in believing Auto Hill autos”. It’s a must check before completing your search!

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

I've bought this 2008 328xi and now has around 200k millage on it and stills driving amazing, good driving feeling, nice stylish and the engine stills showing good power, it has been needing some love, like regular maintenance but not major or really expensive problems or repairs at the end of the day.

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

I’ve owned this car for 3 years now it was basically my first car I got it at 160k miles and I didn’t know to much about cars when I first got it(didn’t maintenance how I should’ve ), I have 195k now but man this thing has been lasting me forever and it never once left me stranded, super fun to drive, it is definitely my favorite car right now I love it

My experience with the salesman was very good. He was patient (even with speaking with my husband via phone). The vehicle itself is very nice and has replaced an Audi (which isn't easy to do). However, I was not pleased with how the rear plate was attached. (the screw was pushed completely though to vehicle) and whomever did the detailing needs a lesson in detailing. The worst part is whatever they used to clean the inside windows left an oily/hazy residue behind that took my detailer well over an hour to remove. He'd never seen anything like it. All that being said, the dealership itself was a pleasure to deal with as was the finance man. I would consider this dealership again for future purchases.
