I bought my first Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in September 2022. It is a 2020 and rides like a 2022. Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. Love the vehicle but I think it preforms best on battery, therefore will look for an all electric car in the future. Overall great car.

Stopped by for an oil change; had an efficient and reasonably(for Audi) priced experience. Definitely what you would expect but not always get from a premium car dealer. Keep it up!

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

I loved this car but move into a convertible. Never had an issue with it. Garaged all winter. The car was maintained only by BMW and driven only in the spring and summer.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

I read the reviews here prior to purchasing over a year ago, and now that I've had 30k miles to reflect back on this purchase (78k total), I think the lack of reviews seems to be pretty indicative of what ownership is like. Zero reliability problems, maintence has been cheaper than my 15' Tahoe (awful car, btw), and I've become numb to the ease of ownership because I've found nothing major to complain about with it.. and trust me, I tried. I average 35-40 mpg on a 50 mile round trip commute and I charge at night. I don't even notice when the engine kicks on (I have to look at the tachometer to know unless I'm gunning it), but when it is on, this thing is a little rocket. I wasn't quite ready for a full EV and this has far exceeded my expectations for bridging that gap, so much so that I drove a 2018 X5 35i and it felt like I went back to the stone age. Only minor complains: Cabin so insanely quiet I hear little crackles in the interior when I smack potholes, infotainment is complex (every BMW has this issue), and I can only get 18ish miles out of pure EV mode. The fact there are hardly any bad reviews of this car on here (aside your typical Karens) just tells me that owners, like myself, have nothing we need to shout from the rooftops to forewarn about. I've recommended this car to friends and family, I'd buy another one, and I concede that there's always the possibility something eventually could go wrong.. it's a car after all. Do your maintenance kiddos

Great navigation system, roomy interior, stylish, easy to drive, large trunk space. The memory seat adjustment is a plus. Also has a great sound system.

I know I look like an absolute fanboy with this review, but I have owned three of those and I had zero issues I was getting with other cars. F30 is some of the best cars out there

I'd been driving 328i's for over 10 years but always wanted an M3.  I only wanted an E92/S-65 version and took my time to find the right one.  I found it two years ago (in 2018) at a dealership 900 miles away from where I live:  It was a 2013 with only 27,800 miles on it.  I flew down to check it out.  It was Space Grey and had the competition package and cold weather package.  Another interesting feature I discovered when I got there, was that it also had the Dinan exhaust system as well.  The dealer never mentioned that and the web pictures never showed it.  He had no idea of the added value.  The car was spotless and I was impressed. The test drive sealed the deal.  What a machine. I felt I stole it for $34,000.  It has the 7 speed dual clutch tranny.  I've always driven sticks, and my previous 328's were all sticks, but at 61 years of age, and with the idiot drivers in NC, I actually preferred a slushbox at this point.  The dual clutch tranny is outstanding.  The shifts are tighter than anything I could ever do with the manual, but if I want to go into sport mode, I can do it grabbing the console shifter or by tapping the paddles.   While the M3 is more known for its speed, it is also incredibly comfortable to drive.  The leather seats are well cushioned and just hug you from the side.  I have a bad back, and driving this home from Miami to NC straight through, I had no additional pain at all by the end of the trip.  The interior trim is fairly simple  but well appointed.  Mine has the wood grained dash, and also has the rear window power sun screen.  Also has the recessed GPS and the premium sound system.  This car is the last of a rare breed - a naturally aspirated V-8 with a sound that is simply glorious.  It has three tones: a low smooth rumble at idle, a growl with normal acceleration, and an absolute roar if you jump on it.  According to my 21 year old son (who owns my previous 328i coupe), I drive it too gently, though he's  not always with me.  :-)  I let him drive it a couple of times and his face lit up as he put it through its paces in sport mode.  I probably do drive it too easy most of the time.  I don't track it, but I've certainly had some fun with it.  It is nice to know I have the power there when I want it, especially on the interstate.  Going into "M" mode is a real treat.  The car just takes off like a rocket and it pins you to the rear of the seat.  It's handling is firm, but not uncomfortable, and it takes corners with ease. Beyond its power and handling, this is simply a beautiful car with incredible lines, my favorite being the flared rocker panels.  I originally figured I'd keep it for a couple of years until I "got it out of my system".  I still haven't, and can't imagine I ever will.  I still look forward to driving this every day.  The newer M3's are admittedly even faster, but they sound like crap.  I rarely even listen to music in mine.  The sound of the S-65 engine as it goes through its paces is like a symphony to me. It now has 55,000 miles on it, and those are predominately interstate and back road miles to and from work.  I'm getting ready to retire, so the yearly mileage will be even less now.  I don't plan to sell it.  It's just too much fun to drive.   I recommend this car wholeheartedly.  As the last of the naturally aspirated M cars, is destined to be a classic and I believe it will hold its value very well.

I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my first ever car at North Hills Auto Mall. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because I'm definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. I will absolutely recommend North Hills Auto Mall to anybody looking for a car and I look forward to dealing with them some time again in the future! Thank you for an amazing experience!

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

Bob was honest. He gave us a great deal on a truck. No haggling or spending hours at the dealership. Very easy and pleasant experience!

Honestly minor repairs. Had the vehicle for 5 years and manage to put 120K miles and no major issues. Reliable compared to other luxury cars.

Dealer called back quickly, didn't buy a car from this dealer but internet site seeded up to date and Dealer was knowledgeable of cars I inquired about.

Paint job have held up well. Interior is still like near with exception of a little hole beginning to appear on driver seat. Nice clean sporty car

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! The wife, myself and kids drove in a week ago for a reliable second car. After a short test drive with the owner ? midnight motors (during which haggling was done) a few issues were pointed out with the car. Paperwork was completed and money changed hands. But the story (Review does not stop there). The issues pointed out by Midnight Racing Auto were spot on and have be resolved. With a planned visit to their service department next week to them for new tires. We are very pleased with the purchase and staff at midnight motors. Yes we read the bad review out there before going and remain glad it did stop us from giving them a chance. Midnight Racing Auto will be doing all future service & Sales on this car and our others! ? Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

We purchased a Certified Pre Owned BMW X3. Our sales person, Nick, was very knowledgeable, patient and supporting during our visit. There was no pressure or misdirection. The TA-DA! presentation at the end was exciting as well!

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.
