I had bought a Jetta, Passatwagen from Piazza VW Ardmore in the past. Just got my Atlas last week. They moved to a new spectacular facility. Great indoor parking, so convenient, I don't have to deal with the crazy weather outside. The staff as always is very knowledgeable to answer all my questions patiently and I had tons. They never try to pressure me in anyway or trick me like some other places. Everyone is nice, courtesy and so helpful. I also have been servicing my VWs with them for years now, they are the best. I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Can't recommend Audi Wilmington enough. Kyle Luedke made my first car purchase seamless and smooth, and made sure to provide me with little tidbits of information that would be helpful during the entire process. As it was my first car purchase, I had plenty of questions, and Kyle was able to walk me through each and every one, provided me with his own opinion on what he would do if roles were reversed, which as a buyer, is reassuring to hear. My 2020 Audi Q3 needed a few items of touch up, so I had to come back later in the week, but Kyle went out of his way to constantly stay in touch via text/call, making sure I was checking all of the boxes to ensure a smooth paperwork transaction at the end. The BMW X1 has a handsome cabin full of premium materials. Space is reasonably good for a small SUV, with a nice amount of head- and legroom in both rows. The engine produces ample power for daily driving. Whether you are commuting down the highway, driving to the grocery store, or taking off quickly from a red light, the BMW X1 can do it all.

After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

Bought this 2016 550xi used with a warranty in early 2021. The depreciation on BMWs is almost unreal. Do not buy a new BMW, but 4-5 year old one is right in the depreciation sweet spot...with a warranty for piece of mind, but honestly the last two I had didn't need it. My third BMW used, and it performs great! The V8 is smooth and effortless with unending power and torque. The car is a bit heavy feeling, but sport mode makes it feel a little lighter. Interior is fantastic, and had lots of features. No Apple play until 2017 models, so that’s a downer, but I knew that when made the purchase. Anyway, love the car, love that the previous lessor ate 60% of the depreciation, and I’ll eventually find out if I needed the warranty. But for piece of mind, it was worth it already.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. The hard part is over!!

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Got the deal I wanted on a 2025 Mazda CX50 along with no pressure to buy add on at the time of signing the paper work. They also gave me a starting price before stepping into the dealership, where other try to make you test drive before giving you any starting point price..

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.
