STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Akron Auto Sales was the best dealership to buy my used car. Dave and Rachael were great, honest and helpful. The car was not inspected yet by their mechanic. So I gave the deposit and in a few days I got a call from Rachael that the car is ready to pick up. I was explained of what was OK with the car and what was fixed and replaced. Next day I took the car to my mechanic and he said that the car was in such great shape that it was a great deal. I normally do not write reviews, but I received such wonderful customer service that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great service, great staff, and overall I am extremely satisfied. This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

Interhet, front desk and salesmen Nick were awesome as well as the finance department . Great customer service. Very nice dealership and a quick and easy transaction/experience. In and out in little over an hour. Huebner beat everyone on my trade and also had a great deal on the Denali I bought. Only issues were 3 dents on the truck. One was disclosed on inspection. One was found during and I found one on the tailgate when I got it home. Hopefully they will not cost a lot to fix and maybe Huebner will help out on the repairs. Worth the trip and looks like they have a nice Subaru and Chevy inventory. 4.7 stars out of 5 ✨✨

My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

There was a problems with scheduling my appointment, but they still got my car in and checked. I didn't even know there was a problem with it until check out, it went so smooth.

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

I purchased this car in 2017 it was a high mileage off lease corporate vehicle, 78K miles to be exact. Outside of normal wear and tear, the only issues I've had was/is a gasket somewhere that made smoke on the interior coming through the vents and my amplifier went out on me. The car now has a few miles under 200K and still runs like a dream.

I bought this car about 6 months ago and it has definitely met all my expectations! It's great all around from performance to comfort and styling! And it's even more fun with a, High flow down-pipe, Bootmod3 tune, and pretty much FBO!!! Now one thing to note is that if you plan on modifying the car please do your dudillagence and take every installation very seriously! Because I have made a few mistakes all minor but stupid stuff that in the end matters when you look at details etc!!! Anyways have fun and stay safe! GANG

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. The last one they went well above and beyond what was expected. Will continue to buy all used cars from them in the future.

For a car designed in the 1990's, it has been a car that always caught my eye, I have always had ONE BMW. At 45 Y.O. I appreciate the creature comforts of my e39. I love the drive train and the DCT. Lucky to have the M-Tech package. Its a VERY comfortable car. I have found that BMW was more comfortable and sporty than Mercedes was especially in the 1980's... 2000 BMW 528iA

Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.

Never thought I’d get approved. This car is sweet, only 98k miles and I’m in love. xDrive on the beach is fun! No snow in Florida to try all wheel drive system so I thought it was the next best thing. Inline-6 has power!! Love my turbo... fact! Love my dealer... more fact!
