Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

This dealership has the best used cars. Customer service was incredible. I reccomend this place if you are looking for a good used car.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

The most practical car we ever bought, combination of luxury and performance is the best we ever had. The X3 has great traction for winter and the 6 cylinder turbo has plenty of power and super smooth even in comfort mode.

Its a diesel and I had to add DEF within a couple of days of purchase because someone changed the oil but didn't add DEF per the manual. Otherwise, all great.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Gail Gwynn -Harris is AWESOME Gail knows her job very well, I asked her all types of questions about the XT6 and she answered them with no problem and she is so courteous and kind and just a all around nice person to deal with. I did purchase the XT6 and will definitely come back to purchase another vehicle and tell all of my friends and family.

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. Walked into their dealership on a Saturday morning, and two hours later I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. I also got a fair price on my trade in. Nick and his team made the buying experience very positive. Will return for future business.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

Dontae was excellent timely and helpful. Good follow up call after service. Kept me informed during the work. Offered to have car washed and vacuumed. Washed and clean but did not appear to be vacuumed. Not a big deal to me.

I am in love with my "new" 2007 si roadster convertible. The stock exhaust and engine have such a great sound. Performance output is just enough to excite and feed your senses for speed. If you want more speed get a dragster and race it at a local dragstip. In my eyes BMW truly built a great machine the Z4 is already a sought after classic sports car for the auto enthusiast!

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.
