I came in looking for a used car. The buying process was seamless. George did an excellent job in helping me weigh my options, and I left there feeling confident in my purchasing decision.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Avondale Toyota is a great dealership! During the past thirty (30) year, I've bought 30-40 brand new vehicles, including but not limited to, Lexus Sedans & SUV, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac (many), Chevrolet Corvette, trucks: Ford Platinum, Chevrolet, Dodge and GMC. The person who helped me at Avondale Toyota was Mr. Leonardo "Leo" Alvarez -- Leo is a straight shooter, no games, he didn't "turn" me to someone to start over -- a very pleasant transaction! In addition, Leo helped me program my iphone with my Prius--very helpful!!! What's more, from the beginning of our conversation & transaction, everything Leo stated to me occurred--no hiccups, no stories, no excuses!! I cannot stand excuses!!! Many dealerships will draw-in customers, switch the prospective buyer either to a lease, or sell the vehicle to another customer--this doesn't happen at Avondale Toyota!! I live in San Diego, CA (although originally from Phoenix), Prius' sell quickly in California, and unscrupulous California Toyota Dealerships will sell the car to who will pay the most! So, I decided to check-out Arizona Toyota delearships because gasoline is less expensive. Leo could have used my circumstances against me to justify charging me more, or selling to another--but he didn't!! Leo is a stand-up sales manage! Since, I've returned to San Diego, drove my 2025 Prius, easy drive, lot's of performance!! I can't say enough good things!!! Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I took my new Kia carnival for service and had a few concerns. Ashley in Service department was very helpful. She tried her best to figure out all the concerns and fix them.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Quick response; salesperson accommodated my schedule. Test drive was average length. I knew more about the car than the sales person did but it was an exotic car so that is understandable

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.
