I bought a 2009 750i from Niello in Jun 2015. The sale was as smooth and quick, thanks to expert salesman Paul Chamorro and the Finance officer, Po San. After the sale, some things came up that needed attention -- a vibration, a headlight problems, a couple other things that were on the due bill, and a couple of things I asked them to investigate. Ryan Meeker, my service rep took very good care of me and worked with the service dept. to bring the car into excellent condition, with minimum expense to me. It could have been quite expensive, but Niello took responsibility for insuring I was happy with my "new" used car -- quite a deal for me! I couldn't be happier with the attention I've received from Niello. My thanks to everyone.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Darren Wilkerson was our sales person at Niello and he was great. He made the car buying process an overall great experience by really listening to what we needed and delivering on that. He wasn't pushy, took time to explain some of the newer features, gave us a great test drive and in the end made sure we got the car we wanted. I purchased a used car from this dealership. I was searching for a 4x4 SUV and found a 2008 BMW X5 here. The car was in great condition for its age. Note - their cars seemed to all be a lot cleaner and better looking than other places I looked. I was two hours away so I contacted them by phone, very pleasant and well spoken and asked for an honest description of the vehicle since we all know pictures can be photoshopped. I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my questions and even told me about the imperfections he found that weren't easy to see in the pics. I was impressed so I came to see the BMW myself and I was shocked! It was exactly as was described (when does that happen with used car salesmen?). The paperwork was simple and the facility was car themed, nice touch! The reviews about the people being very friendly and genuine is true, all around impressed and happy with the whole transaction. I have had my SUV for about three months now and I still couldn't be happier. Well worth the trip and feel confident working with them again. Highly recommend!

Had the car for about 6 years and only had a few minor updates that were very easy to do myself. Have the look and feel of a newer/nicer bmw with fraction price and way easier to work on yourself.

Great service, I would recommend this dealership too all my family and friends. The choice of different type of models and colors of cars is awesome. I went up there wanting one thing and could make my mind up. I didn't ask to many questions, cause I didn't want to be talked into something I didn't want. But with my observation I changed my mind. Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Very straightforward and easy process. They were excellent to work with and the vehicle was nicer than described. 1000% recommend these folks and I am almost never happy with car buying experiences.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Although I ended up not purchasing the vehicle, I was super satisfied with Fahim’s assistance and follow-thru as I evaluated the high end car I had my eye on. I bought my car three years ago. I am very impressed with the smoothness of the drive, reliability, and features. With over 170,000 miles, primarily maintenance items only. Are dealers in repair shops will try to charge more based on the vehicle, but maintenance is quite easy and inexpensive if you do them yourself. It is important to regularly change the oil and filter every 5000 to 7500 miles to keep it operating smoothly. Only non-maintenance repairs include front CV shafts ($160), Control Arm ($110) and Fuel Pump ($140) which I found videos on YouTube and completed within two hours each. Regular oil and filter changes ($30) take 15 minutes and very easy to access. If you don’t mind doing the work yourself, the car is inexpensive to keep and maintain, gets good gas mileage (28mpg), drives excellent, and looks great.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

This is a very well run dealership. Mike was amazing to work with. The deal took no longer than 30 minutes and I was in and out. I also went to in n out burger right after across the street haha but definitely loved this place!!!
