This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

I was looking for a quality car for my wife & daughter to drive. I was a "newbie" at car-buying & financing. Luca went way over required to make sure that the car that I selected was safe, legal, insured & registered correctly according to Mass State regulations. I bought this car used back in 2016 with around 27,000 miles for under 20 grand. Overall as most people might warn you the costs of owning a bmw is no where near cheap. As this is not your average run of the mill camry or accord. Personally, I have not had too many issues concerning reliability. Tires and brakes are expensive ranging anywhere from $1200 for a set of tires to around $800 for brakes all around. You could cheap out on those things but I would highly recommend not to. The interior is very comfortable but not good for taller folks. I would recommend getting the technology package as it comes with a bigger infotainment screen. The car's exterior has held up to the test of time, it still looks modern considering it is now 7 years old. But once again repair costs come up again. After a few door dings and rock chips on the paint, I wanted to get the paint touched up at my local BMW dealership. They quoted me for over $1500. I ended up going to a secondary body shop and paid half that. However those prices are insane for what you will pay for this car used. I do not recommend buying this car used especially with high mileage. As you will find that the costs to maintain and repair will begin to surpass what you paid for it. In terms of performance this car does not lack. My 328i came with a 4 cylinder turbo. It gets up and going surprisingly quickly if you are in the right gear. The 0-60 on this car I have personally measured at 5.6 seconds. Obviously weather conditions and different altitude will differ your performance. In terms of gas mileage throughout owning it, I can report that it is as advertised. I get around 30 mpg on a good week of mostly highway cruising. On a bad week of city driving it could range from 24-27. If you are looking to buy this car make sure you keep up with maintenance or find a car with a good maintenance history.

I used to drive a BMW 328ix and wanted to upgrade to a bigger car, but not too big. The X2 was a nice in between model and it still gives the couple look, but it is an SUV. The car doesn't drive as smooth as my couple, but I suspect that I will get used to it. I am not a huge fan of the seats, but I like that there are several options to adjust for comfort. I do wish that the side view mirrors had the sensors to detect cars driving next to you and I wish that the panoramic sunroof opened all the way. Other than those minor things, very nice car.

Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. When I drive it out there every oe looks at it as if t is the m4 running around a real headd turner thanksto BMW. eASY TO CUSTOPISE IT TOO. Have had great experiences here.bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago that I’ve had no problems with. we just passed it down to my Daughter.A couple months ago we went and bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove it we mentioned that the rotors looked a little beat up when we went and picked up the jeep it had brand new Pads and rotors on all 4 tires. We only mentioned the front. They go above and beyond to make sure there customers are happy. Defiantly will be going back for a third vehicle next year when my other daughter gets her license

Great navigation system, roomy interior, stylish, easy to drive, large trunk space. The memory seat adjustment is a plus. Also has a great sound system.

I purchased 2013 Ford Explorer from Ali. He was very kind and explained all process before purchasing car. Car was in good shape, just a couple small dents but it is a used car right!! Other components was great and already maintenance made by their mechanic. Would recommend.

I’ve had this car for seven years. I’ve had to change the water pump once two years ago and just recently the valve gasket. apart from that over the last seven years nothing else needed to be fixed or replaced. Currently has just over 150,000 km. I absolutely love this car drives super well. It’s not a lemon doesn’t give me any headache, I live in Canada in the winter it is very icy lots of snow and I just have no issue whatsoever with his vehicle. Car is paid off still looks brand new no rust scratches just as white as the day I purchased it. I cannot recommend this car enough. I absolutely love it. Also, the service of BMW when it was guaranteed, was beyond excellent , if I had to buy another car, I would most probably buy another BMW. I’m gonna use this car until it completely gives out. I can’t imagine that happening anytime soon as it is still in mint condition in my opinion.

There is no other car for me, this is my fourth. I just feel safe inside my car. I cannot drive another make at this point. However, they have become too expensive to purchase.

Love the vehicle but I think it preforms best on battery, therefore will look for an all electric car in the future. Overall great car.
