For over a month, I had been searching for the right used car: a specific make, model and features including exterior and interior colors. Local dealerships near my home in Kentucky just couldn't seem to come up with anything close so I had to expand my search and I am sure glad I did! Not only did they have the vehicle in every detail I was looking for, Lafayette GMC gave me more on my trade-in and lowered the price on the vehicle before I arrived to buy it! Cory Isenberg, the manager, and Mike Reep, the salesman, were just fantastic, making the purchase process as smooth as possible, even doing the titling paperwork for the SUV in my home state so I would not have to!! When I got home, I realized I had forgotten a camera bracket pasted behind the rear view mirror on the windshield in my trade-in. I contacted the salesman and he took care right away the same day to FedEx it to me. My wife and I could not be happier with our purchase. I highly recommend Lafayette GMC!!!

Great ride for the age and miles, you cant even tell. Runs smooth and strong, and you cant even tell the car is on. Car just needs floor mats and a really good detail, but overall very clean inside and out.

DeFouw replaced the bleeder valve at no cost, since it was a recall, but did not go further to check the brake system. When I brought it back in to say it was not fixed they told me that the booster pump was bad but that it had to be ordered from Tennessee, which would take a week. This delay, which could have been fixed by ordering it the first time I came in, is now costing me an additional $600 to rent a car for our vacation, in addition to the $750 it is costing me to replace the booster pump. I am not happy that this has happened. The reason I brought it in the first time was so that it would be ready for vacation. Maybe there was no way to avoid this problem, but it sure looks like it could have been avoided.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

This car is smooth, cute car. All wheels drive . Automatic. I feel so confident driving It. My always concern it’s about snow, ice, rain. Which means a lot for me, and of course doesn’t means I’m going to Speed it because I hav AWD car. Just make me to feel more confident when driving. I’m happy with this car. Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. When I drive it out there every oe looks at it as if t is the m4 running around a real headd turner thanksto BMW. eASY TO CUSTOPISE IT TOO. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I fell in love with the E46 M3 back in the days of high school. The styling, the handling, the aggressive fenders -- it was something to drool over at the time and age. I could not be any more proud of happy to own this car.

Our experience there was great. Everyone would cheerfully answer our questions. Our sales person Sheila Passmore really took a lot of time explaining the workings of the car. We still have questions, but Sheila said that we could bug her anytime (we will try not to). She is such a helpful person. The whole purchase was made easy and relaxed, no pressure and no rush at anytime. We have dealt with the Defouw dealership since 2014 and have always had really good sevice.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.
