I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. I appreciate all the staff at this dealership they made my experience very pleasant and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Mazda to take your business to them!! I had to take my vehicle to the service department and Jessica takes good care of your needs and very detailed in explaining your vehicle issues. This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

We had a pleasant experience after flying in from out of town to purchase a vehicle advertised on the internet. STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Select Auto Imports is a highly professional group. I purchased a Range Rover from a different state without seeing the car. Paperwork was arranged by them via Fedex quickly. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with out-of-state transactions. The car was exactly as described by Select Auto in excellent condition with no surprises and no hassles. This is a very trustworthy group and I highly recommend them. Buying a car from a different state ended up being a better buying experience than visiting my local dealers.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.

Brakes needed replacement at low mileage (20k). Car hasnt had any other major problems. The auto stop start has been getting a bit rough and I expect to replace the starter sometime soon. Great gas mileage before hitting 100k miles 30 city / 35 highway. After 100k miles I average 23 city / 28 highway. Car has become slightly slower as mileage has gone up but still great performance. This car was floored multiple times everyday of ownership and I averaged 48k miles a year on this car. This little hybrid has been abused and beat daily and is still running great. This car came maxed out with a steep cost of over 50k and depreciation has affected this car heavily due to mileage per year.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!
