This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Tell them what youre looking for. It worked for us. After the sale is made the service team doesnt disappoint either. A clean loaner car, timely updates concerning repairs. Then your ride is delivered on time as promised. Plus its been detailed! Whats not to like?

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

They have a great service department. They are friendly and helpful and don't talk down to me or not believe what I am telling them. Less expensive than other local dealers and have never tried to upsell me.

They take the time to make sure everything is good with what you want. Nice people and the cars are nice as well! Great place to shop for a car!

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

I just purchased a used car from Rick Hill Imports and it has to be the smoothest and most pleasant buying process I’ve ever had with a dealership. They even dealt with my slow loan approval process through my personal bank, and everything went off without a hitch. A lot of dealers will force all kinds of things you don’t need, manipulate you into paying more than you need to, but I was treated with respect, didn’t feel forced into any decisions, and I’m currently in love with this car. Great overall purchase experience! Recently purchased a CPO Porsche Macan Turbo. Cade and the rest of the team at Rick Hill Imports were very professional with great communications skills. Made the deal by phone including a trade. Drove over 7 hours to get the vehicle that I wanted at a good price. Highly recommend purchasing from this great family dealership.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

The best BMW ever. I already leased and bought 7 BMWs . The 840 is the best. I love everything about it . Excellent performance and look.
