He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. At 6'3", I fit comfortably, even more so than in previous SL500/SLK350s. It easily accommodates two people and weekend luggage. The B48 turbo inline-4 is efficient (averaging ~28 mpg) yet delivers strong performance (0-60 in ~5.5s). The ZF 8-speed transmission is a responsive partner, offering versatile driving modes (EcoPro to Sport+), with paddle/shifter control. Handling is exceptional with the staggered 19" Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, holding traction even when pushed hard. The ride can be firm due to the short rear overhang, a trade-off for the Z4's superior cornering compared to the more comfortable but less engaging SL500. The i7-adjacent infotainment is user-friendly with physical climate controls and includes active cruise control, backup camera, and parking assist. Wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay and the OEM interface are both good, though the optional wireless charger can overheat phones. Numerous customization options exist, with aftermarket apps (BimmerCode) offering even more. Comfort is good with supportive seats (plenty of legroom for a tall driver), excellent wind management with a removable blocker, and a calm cabin with windows up. The ability to operate the soft top at speeds up to 30 mph is surprisingly useful, and it can also be controlled via the key fob. A minor annoyance is the center armrest's asymmetrical opening and the passenger-side cupholder cover hindering armrest use and cup retrieval. Also, the aggressively bolstered, somewhat narrow seats might not suit wider individuals – a test fit is recommended. Interior storage is adequate with door pockets, under-dash space, enclosed center console (cupholders), and a rear tray with trunk access. The insulated soft top ensures a muted cabin with the top up, and the Harman Kardon sound system is impressive. Phone calls remain clear even with the top down. Overall, the G29 Z4 sDrive 30i is a reliable, efficient, stylish, and comfortable convertible, my best yet and one I intend to keep.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.

I had a great experience with them. They are straight forward people. I was in and out in 2hrs with my new ride. I don't know about other people reviews why they left bad review maybe expecting way too much. But I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

At first I was skeptical. I was actually in the market for either the Porsche Cayman or 911. I did my analysis and discovered the Z4 compares pretty well with the Cayman. After test driving both cars, I fell in love with the Z4 and its M specs!!

I purchase a CLK 350 from there a few years ago with 99,000 miles and today I’m still enjoying it. To me they don’t mind fixing the problem if you understand that this is a use Car lot and not all cars are perfect. At one time I went to Auction and j no ought sold cars. I understand Customer Satisfaction and they seem to do that. I took a friend there to get a vehicle she got a 2013 SUV Hyundai very clean she drove it the first day engine light came and they told her to bring back and they will look at it. Knowing this most use cars are “As Is” and they are will to work with you. She is a single mom doing Uber to survive and I believe this is the perfect car for her. My first car was a triumph spitfire. I am a huge fan of the two seat roadster. I'm an even bigger fan of a hardtop convertible. I am not a BMW fanboy. I wish this car were not a BMW. I bought it because it's beautiful and when I drove it, it made me freaking happy. 300 plus horsepower, I've never even felt the need to put my manual transmission 35i in sport or sport Plus mode. The thing is gorgeous top up or down, a blast to drive, and often over neglected is that all four Windows go down making it a pillarless coupe with the top up. Flawlessly reliable in 14,000 miles, cockpit is tight if you put it on a few extra pounds. Such a beautiful beautiful car. Mine's a 2014, and every single time I go out someone comments about it. Unfortunately, when you're driving it people aren't as friendly because it's a BMW. Best roadster I've ever owned in a very long line of roadsters

Great cat, very enjoyable to drive. Love owning it. It's not a sedan but has enough space for my 2 daughters in the back, good trunk space for a convertible. I've been using it as a commuter to and from work averaging 21mpg

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

This car is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures and videos that Jose sent me don’t do it justice. It has so many features that it’s going to take me a minute to learn how to use them all but, I very excited to learn. It drives and sounds like a dream; I love the way it purrs!

10 years ago I was looking to buy a 2012' M3, V8 aspirated engine. When a pro BMW sales consultant told about M335is with 3.0 L twin turbo and much lighter gvwr that I could turn into an M3 rival without the $78K price tag. Then He told about Steve Dinan the BMW pro engineer that his company builts the performance upgrade for BMW's all over the world. So I end up buying this beautiful 2012' 335is coupe and had BMW install a DINAN Stage 2 computer boost tune upgrade that produced 89 HP increase plus the 320 HP factory stock HP and then added the DINAN Diamond cut Exhaust system along with a DINAN full sport suspension. But I didn't stopped there, then I added a ECS Black steel charge pipe coupled with SYPNAPSE BOV and finally a Carbon fiber ECS cold air intake to make this car a fun little beast to drive. This car is the most fun to drive car that I have ever owned.

This car has been a ton of fun to own. I searched far and wide to find a 128i couple in dark gray, with navigation. Patience paid off and I found the one I currently own several months later, and it has been an absolute showstopper. I am constantly getting compliments on this car, even though it is now seven years old. It is aging very gracefully and has not been hard to maintain. Highly recommend.

I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.

Super fun car to drive. Love the B58 engine, tons of power and suuuper smooth. Handling is next level and it just feels it will turn through anything! Everyone I've shown it to totally loves it. The gas mileage is also much better than I was expecting, coming from a tuned VW GTI. I never considered myself a convertible person, but I ended up buying the convertible anyway cause I figured it would be fun. I'm not a huge fan of the seats given this is one step below a full blown M2. They're decently comfortable, but they look awfully boring compared to something like Audi and the quilted leather they use. The one other thing is the soft top has a bit of a squeak, though to be fair I really haven't looked into getting it fixed so it could be super minor. Very much looking forward to more driving!
