I have driven many BMW’s but this one surpasses them. Not only does it have an amazing look but the feel and sound of a V8 is no comparison. I can leave it in comfort mode and relax or put in Sport and everything changes. I hope BMW leaves this one alone along with the M5 and not make into the electric garbage with these horrible grills.

I have been working with a sales specialist/BMW Genius James K for an i4 (stunning Dravit Gray w/red interior) at Habberstad Bay Shore BMW. James is incredibly knowledgeable, very customer service oriented and always responds to any inquires, truly personal treatment. I had a question on pricing that he escalated to the Manager Larry and they accommodated best market pricing even in this difficult market. Habberstad BMW is farther from me than a local BMW dealer but I will use them because of their customer loyalty. James went to bat for me on pricing and this reinforced that the relationship is more important than just a few dollars. A+ to James K. in sales and Larry in management for their customer care. 2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The staff is incredibly polite and patient. They are true professionals. If they can find me the same car as I just bought, I might very well trade in one of my current cars. I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.

I contacted them about a Cadillac I was interested in and I came to Saddle Brook to have a look at it in person. The test drive was good. I was presented with a few different financing options with a monthly payment I already had in mind. I must say that Robert was a great advisor. Definitely recommend them.

Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

First time ever purchasing a used car and found BHM online. I live in MI and was somewhat apprehensive about buying without seeing in person but only in photos, but car was everything I thought it would be. Sales associate Nader lead me thru the whole process and answered any questions I had and was very helpful and friendly. If you can afford it this is a great car, fast, quick and efficient. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a different make of car unless I win the lottery, lol.

The BMW 230i x-drive is the car that they should have been making throughout the years. My first BMW was a 1969 2002 which I loved for its sportiness. After they discontinued those cars and started making bigger and bigger vehicles, I lost interest until I test drove a 228i in 2016 and bought it. Loved that car, but wanted some of the safety features in the new 230i especially the LED headlights(the halogens on the 228i were not sufficient).

Great experience. Still deal is not done as price is not agreed with sales department. James is the only reason for this review. Let’s hope deal will done so can be able to meet great sales people and able to see BMW of Bayshore showroom. Never been to this part of NY.

It is amazing the difference 5 years can make. Traded a 2014 BMW 640i xDrive in for a 2019 BMW M850i xDrive. It is a beast! Handles great, very solid and I like the extra hp and features.

A great, fun sports car, but proved to be impracticable for my needs. Due to the "sports car" design neither my husband nor sister could sit comfortably in the car. Also, passengers could not sit in the back sit.

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

I purchased a low-mileage, late-model 911 from Vantage. The purchase process was painless. There was no pressure, unlike so many other dealerships. The car was in great shape—a prominent Porsche mechanic called it close to perfect.

This car exceeded all of my expectations! It is an M-Sport and has the optional M-Power package and is a mini M4! Fun to drive, hardtop convertible for those summer afternoons and has all the features of a modern BMW.
