Certified Benz and Beemer is a top-notch dealership. I’ve always heard great things about the place, but just got firsthand experience. On a Sunday I pulled in late afternoon and took a brief walk around the cars out front. Walked into the lobby after about 10 minutes and was greeted almost immediately by Product Specialist Michel James. Told him what I was looking for (I4) and he walked me upstairs to the inventory. Took a test drive around Papago Park (gotta love those curves). Michel was able to either immediately answer any question I had or had the info at his fingertips. He kept in touch with me in a way unlike a typical dealership. When I had my decision 2 days later, he arranged for a pretty seamless, low-stress acquisition of my new (to me) car. Sales Manager Kevin and Finance Manager Brock were great too! Hoping this ride will last me a long time, but will definitely be returning to CBB for the next one and letting friends in the market know where to go.

It is amazing the difference 5 years can make. Traded a 2014 BMW 640i xDrive in for a 2019 BMW M850i xDrive. It is a beast! Handles great, very solid and I like the extra hp and features.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package,shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

I have owned several BMWs but this one is by far the best. The inline six delivers power along with exceptional MPG. Ride is firm but controlled. Interior design is exceptional and second to none.

I had an excellent experience with Arrowhead, was pleasantly surprised since as a former prosecutor and Arizona Assistant Attorney General I was expecting the worst buying a used car. I'd already been by one dealership previously looking for a Mustang and didn't like the extra things they were insisting on adding on. Well Noah exceeded my expectations. He was extremely honest on all of the numbers, didn't try to pull any fast ones on me, and was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The finance manager was also equally honest and upfront, did not try to upsell me on things I wasn't interested in. If you want an honest dealership that is professional and easy to deal with, I strongly recommend Arrowhead BMW. They made what could have been a miserable experience pretty enjoyable. I had my mechanic inspect the car after I bought it and it was in as impeccable condition as promised. Now if only all dealerships could be this excellent.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

The M235i makes me feel like a very fast businessman Simple and contemporary design inside but bold sharpe lines in the exterior all that with 320+ horses the ablility to take corners at speed with full boost being available around 1800 rpm and you have yourself with a car that bmw should be very content with placing on their line up.

Good experience with Tyler and Katie I purchased a pre-owned X3 recently from Arrowhead BMW. It was a pleasant experience going through the purchase. I visited the dealership a couple of times to test a couple of vehicles, and there was no rush or pressure put on by the dealership. Pricing was transparent though one has to be diligent to review every line item when the final price is done. A couple of small items remained, which the dealership resolved quickly, and had the vehicle completely serviced. Would recommend the sales team of Tyler, Katie, Andre and Tony. They reached out post sales as well to check-in on the vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

Practical, stylish, and quick, the G29 Z4 sDrive 30i excels as a summer sports car with a surprisingly large trunk (soft top doesn't intrude). At 6'3", I fit comfortably, even more so than in previous SL500/SLK350s. It easily accommodates two people and weekend luggage. The B48 turbo inline-4 is efficient (averaging ~28 mpg) yet delivers strong performance (0-60 in ~5.5s). The ZF 8-speed transmission is a responsive partner, offering versatile driving modes (EcoPro to Sport+), with paddle/shifter control. Handling is exceptional with the staggered 19" Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, holding traction even when pushed hard. The ride can be firm due to the short rear overhang, a trade-off for the Z4's superior cornering compared to the more comfortable but less engaging SL500. The i7-adjacent infotainment is user-friendly with physical climate controls and includes active cruise control, backup camera, and parking assist. Wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay and the OEM interface are both good, though the optional wireless charger can overheat phones. Numerous customization options exist, with aftermarket apps (BimmerCode) offering even more. Comfort is good with supportive seats (plenty of legroom for a tall driver), excellent wind management with a removable blocker, and a calm cabin with windows up. Overall, the G29 Z4 sDrive 30i is a reliable, efficient, stylish, and comfortable convertible, my best yet and one I intend to keep.

I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.
