I had the best experience having my oil and filter changed. They sent me a video and I was able to follow what they were doing with my car. There was no issues with my car after they checked the tires the brakes and they sent me a text telling me that my car is ready to pick up.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. We weren't rushed and took the time to answer any questions we had and asked multiple times if we had any questions. Our team member Joe Z went above and beyond for us. He was AMAZING with our daughter, making sure she felt that she was part of our buying process. it has super car power with a comfortable ride , great handling good safety features, bought mine in competition guise. black with tartufo interior. coming out of Audi r8 performance this car is just as fast if not faster.

It has the m sport package so it comes with sport suspension and lowered, m bumper, paddle shifters and m steering wheel, sports seats. It is what I hoped for really. Great fun to drive and the kids enjoy it! Win all around.

I have been using BMW of Westlake for all of my service on our 2015 X3 that we also purchased at that dealership. I believe they have been fair when there were additional service required and the service has always been high quality and timely. I appreciate their service and customer experience.

They kept us up to date on repairs and explained to us what was needed and why. They go over the cost of everything and let you know what you can push back instead of trying to push more services on you. Waiting room was comfortable. Restrooms were clean. Checkout was easy.

This car exceeded all of my expectations! It is an M-Sport and has the optional M-Power package and is a mini M4! Fun to drive, hardtop convertible for those summer afternoons and has all the features of a modern BMW.

Just a note about our Classic MINI experience on Saturday. Outstanding...start to finish! I appreciated the whole staff's responsiveness and attention to detail...without any of the "normal" hassle you unfortunately go through when buying a car. Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

The people there were fantastic. Every other dealership I go to pressure pressure pressure. These guys were incredible and I will definitely be going back if they have a car that I need at the time and I will recommend them to everyone

I've owned my 2003 3.0i 6sp E85 for almost 9 years. Equipped w/ M Sport option, 18" staggered alloys and painted in a beautiful Toledo Blue. Yes the car has need some maintenance, some worn parts replaced, but nothing too surprising or extraordinary expensive aside from tires. I'm in my 60's and still do most of my own work. Love the ride, the style, 6sp manual transmission, the power, the smoothness of the car in general. Would I recommend this car? Only to those that love a car that YOU want to drive. NO AI frills to distract one. Just a pure driving experience.

I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. Comfortable seats, lots of tech, fun to drive. My second Z4 in 14 years and I love it. Like the convertible hardtop better than soft top.

Love this car. I’ve driven mine as a daily driver for 2.5 years armed it’s been loads of fun. A real head turner for sure. Gotta love the doors on particular!
