I had my first "Love Encore Delivery" with Joseph Rossman at Hendrick Subaru Southpoint on 2/5/26. Joseph Rossman did a wonderful job at explaining and demonstrating multiple features of my new Forester. From showing me where everything is "under the hood" to setting options for my husband when he drives, to radio stations to try. He is kind and reassuring and doesn't make you feel like any questions are stupid. He is open to repeat sessions and available to ask questions as they arise. Really a great service!! This is my second car from this dealership and I recommend them highly!

I worked with Bryan and he was an excellent salesperson with not only great knowledge of the vehicles and company but also took great care to ensure I had as much information available to make my decision. Very personable and great to talk to! After my purchase, I returned for an Encore Delivery appointment in which Joseph and I went over all the features of the car. Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.

I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

My car buying experience was great. The staff knew the cars in and out. And if there was an issue with the car they let you know right off the back. They are honest, reliable, and look out for you.

I've bought this 2008 328xi and now has around 200k millage on it and stills driving amazing, good driving feeling, nice stylish and the engine stills showing good power, it has been needing some love, like regular maintenance but not major or really expensive problems or repairs at the end of the day.

It's a very comfortable rocket ship that's fun to drive. It goes where you point it. impeccable interior with the highest quality materials. Bang and olufson stereo system . Simply stupendous.

Joseph Rossman and Michael Brown are both excellent at their job. Joseph went over all of the safety and electronic features with us and answered all of our questions. When we arrived to look at the vehicle we were interested in, Michael Brown met us at the door as scheduled and worked with us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our choice of vehicles. He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of the Subaru vehicles. He also answered all of our questions from the beginning of the sale to the final signatures. When we visited several weeks later, Michael and Joseph welcomed us and treated us like family. They are GREAT GUYS!

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

Earnest Green and Scott Summers worked with me on every concern I had for the remote purchase of my Jeep certified 2021 Renegade, and there were many after an unfortunate sale bungle I experienced with another well known, large scale dealer. Scott and Earnest provided every bit of information I requested and more, confirmed ever assurance I needed, included images to show me the transportation prep as it was occurring, and topped things off with complimentary Sirius radio for a few months to boot. I started talks with these guys extremely jaded and skeptical, but left more than pleased. I got a xxxx of a deal and was very well cared for. Much thanks to them both.

Wow. After reading negative comments concerning weight and the front end, I was unsure while waiting for the car that I would like it. It’s an amazing beast, and better than I expected. Weight gains in part are due to stiffening braces in the rear sides and under the car. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but the lack of flex more than pays you back. The front end with the rectangular intakes has a purpose. This car needs a lot of air intake for cooling. Behind the rectangular intakes a coolers which need air. This car is well behaved when it needs to be, and complies with daily driving, yet when you want to play, it responds well. I feel this is the total package at an affordable price. The only place I feel could have been a bit better is road feedback through the steering wheel.

The dealer was very honest about the vehicle. So we did brought Audi Q5 without warranty but AS IS. I really hope the vehicle last is a long time.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Do NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Save your money & go else where!! You’re better off buying off of Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace!! Serg sold me a car & promised to fix a problem (which I have in his writing along with HIS signature) & when it came down to being a man of his word he did not deliver!! He gave me the run around for over a month, when I FINALLY stopped getting ignored & he decided to follow through, while my car got worked on he gave me this moldy loaner car to drive that had a check engine light amongst so many other problems & sent me on my way! He knowingly gave me a piece of crap car!!! After a full week of having my PAID FOR car in his possession the job has NOT been completed!! 2 weeks for a door to be fixed that should’ve been fixed over a MONTH ago! & his attitude & response the WHOLE time was “these things happen 🤷🏻‍♂️”. & he said he couldn’t give me a loaner vehicle that I could comfortably drive without worry of breaking down. & KEPT trying to put me in cars that he KNEW had problems!! & when I asked for a car with NO check engine light or any problems he shrugged me off & told me to just drive the car second piece of crap car he put me in. Trying to be cheap he did nothing but create a bigger problem than needed. This isn’t someone you want to spend your hard earned money with. This is a man who doesn’t give a xxxx about his customers!

Great ride for the age and miles, you cant even tell. Runs smooth and strong, and you cant even tell the car is on. Car just needs floor mats and a really good detail, but overall very clean inside and out.

Mike, the owner and his staff, knew every car we asked about inside and out! We didn’t even have to ask about any issues because Mike went out of his way to point out little minor defects we may not have noticed otherwise... talk about honesty! He also offered a solution fo each minor cosmetic flaw. He and his staff graciously pulled out half a dozen cars for us to drive, telling us to take as long as we needed with each one. He bent over backwards to help, giving us his personal cell phone number to use should we have any further follow up questions. Absolutely amazing! I would’ve left this review even if we hadn’t purchased a car from him, but we did! He gave us an incredible deal and I got my dream car! I’ve had this 2009 sport wagon since 2016. Bought it with 68k miles. It’s now at 118k miles. Plan on $1500-$2000/year for maintenance and I think it will easily go 200k miles. Fast enough, good handling, doesn’t attract police. My Best Buy.

The 2001-2006 BMW M3 (chassis code E46). This generation of M3, like others was and still is and icon of sport and spirited diving. When new, this set the bar and was the measuring stick by which other cars were evaluated. Sure, it doesn't have all the current tech, even seeming Spartan compared to all the comforts of a large high-end luxury sedan or SUV, but that's never been why we love M3s. Now the E46 M3 is between 14-19 years old and it's performance on paper is comparable to that of a new Civic Si, but it still has something that very few cars have. Dare I say it at the risk being cliche? Soul. The M3 wasn't supposed to be the fastest in a straight line but a well balanced alround touring car. Its the perfect balance of handling, power not too much power, and class while still reasonable enough to drive everyday or just on those nice spring Sundays. It does "fun" VERY well and that is why it still is one of the most pleasing cards to drive. The looks are before a lot of the more controversial later BMW designs. It has that work of art, screamer of an in-line 6 cylinder S54 motor (2001 engine of the year winner and winner of the 3-4 L category for six straight years in a row 2001-2006). Though SMG had begun to increase in popularity, some E46 M3s still came with an honest to goodness manual transmission. This is what makes the E46 M3 one of the best of what seems to be a dying bread of cars and values should hold (or even increase) through the years like most other M cars have done historically. Cost of ownership isn't cheap. It's a BMW, no surprise there. However, failure and repair costs increase when considering SMG equipped M3's. Another thing you should consider is how much money you'll spend washing and waxing it then time sitting there and staring. That's one of my hobbies too... when not driving it. The E46 M3 is in an icon in a lineage of special cars and had become an instant classic.

BMW E46 M3.. while many cars can out perform the older M3, this is my favorite, for classic, gorgeous BMW coupe looks, the last of the non-tubo 6 cylinder, and elegant interior with more than enough technology underlying the simple cockpit and controls and yet outstanding performance when you want, and docile enough to enjoy around town. Really, just an all around sweet package!
