Lucky Line Motors is the greatest dealer! I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot this year without any problems. Couple months passed and an airbag light came on, so I took it back to the dealer. They told me that I could either leave it at the dealership or drop it of at there warehouse so their mechanics can take a look at it. After a couple days they called me and told me that the only problem my car had was the head rest sensor, which costs $50, but they replace without charging me a penny! The person's name that helped me through the entire process was Habib. Easy process and Amazing experience!

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

They were very good. The people there were very friendly but not pushy. I ended up buying a black Lexus and was very happy to get exactly what I wanted.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I had a great experience at Car City. I received my tax return money and I have been waiting to buy a car with it. I received it the other day and first went to a big dealership. They were not very friendly, that’s all I will say. So I left and went to Car City because of all the great reviews and their selection of cars. I was greeted at the door by Doc and he really gave me the red carpet treatment. Sounds funny to write, but that’s how I felt. Car City did not care about my credit. They were willing to help me no matter what my situation was. Doc found me a Charger that they just got in and was not even online yet. I purchased a used 2018 750i after owning a 2014 Audi S8. I was looking for a more luxurious ride, and trust me, I found it. The 750 is a whale that moves like a dolphin. The interior is expansive, comfortable, and luxurious. The rear reclining and massaging seats will make you want to find someone to drive you around. That is, until you remember that driving this car is a lot of fun too. You are going to want to put it in sport mode and step on it to remind others on the road that you, my friend, are piloting the ultimate driving machine!

On Sat, July 5 we purchased a 2020 F150 with the assistance of Dylan Griebel. The truck was being processed into the dealership and was not ready for delivery. BMW 440i xDrive Coupe: I have owned several BMW's over the years. During my 4 years of ownership, this was the finest of them all! BMW underrates their engines, and this 440i was noticeably stronger than my previous 335i and almost no turbo lag. The transmission is flawless. The xDrive 440i is deceptively quick. Everything worked as it should, and I never had any issues. The ride is firm but not harsh, I had the adaptive suspension and when activated, it was like driving a go cart. The electronic steering was not as engaged as previous model hydraulic steering yet the low-speed steering in parking lots was much easier to maneuver, I will take the tradeoff. This vehicle has minimal sway in the corners and will go where you point it. Sometimes you don't realize how good this vehicle is till you drive a lesser vehicle (as when renting). The leather wrapped steering wheel was perfect feel and the heated steering wheel was never too hot. The seats are infinitely adjustable and supportive. The BOSE radio is very good for an OEM and has many optional tuning choices available. The HUD (Heads Up Display) is fabulous! The power, smoothness and deceptively quiet interior even at excessive speeds, this vehicle maintains its composure. This vehicle breeds confidence making it all too easy to drive fast, very fast. The back seats fold down, and I was able to put my mountain bike in the truck (with front wheel removed) so this has a large storage area. This vehicle is just the right size, I personally like the coupe better than the sedan with its sloped aerodynamic rear deck. I would highly recommend this vehicle for anyone seeking a sport coupe, this hits all the right buttons, well done BMW!

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

I bought a 2019 dodge challenger from this dealership. GREAT EXPERIENCE before, during and especially AFTER the sale. This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

Bought my 128i with 50,000 miles 3 years ago and it has needed very little attention. Basic maintenance and not any major problems. Had a z3 and this is every bit as fun to drive. For a 13 year old vehicle I get many people commenting on the looks and they think it is much newer. I think BMW is going to regret doing away with the inline 6 engine eventually. Super reliable engine that is only used in their upper end vehicles and the high performance M models now days. The turbocharger engines are impressive performing but you just don't get the reliability of them that are non turbo. Unless you are looking for more horsepower don't go turbocharger. They are expensive to maintain and turbos wear out premature opposed to non turbo engines. The 128i is the perfect amount of horsepower to size and weight for the majority of people. It is a shame that it was discontinued. If you find a well maintained one you can't go wrong. Ask any mechanic about turbo engine reliability and they will side with any car without a turbo!!

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

I was in the market to buy my first car. I went to so many places but prices and quality of cars was not good. Finally I come across Apple Auto sales in Fredericksburg and spoke to them about a 06 BMW. Not only they get me on this vehicle the same day but the price and car both was excellent. Recently purchased 2013 bmw 528i Xdrive - Alpine white over cinnamon brown beautiful spec. 80k miles - 6 months later no problems. Equipped with cold weather package - and 360 camera. Amazing technology for the year. The illuminated door handles at night really provide a luxury feel before entering the comfortable interior. Extremely smooth drive but then you put it in Sport mode and everything changes - faster throttle response. Tighter steering, propelling you forward leaving everyone in your rear view. The sound system although not specified as Harman/Kardon still is loud enough for me to not care. Really loud and stock Bluetooth connectivity is great. Engine has light rattle sound on start up but it’s a common noise for that base engine and gets quieter when engine warms up. First bmw and easily stands out as one of my favorite cars owned to date.
