Service writer Laura was excellent. That's all that was excellellent. Came in for oil change and asked to have tires set to 32lbs. Fr was set to 47lbs, FL was set to 38lbs,, blwas set to 35lbs, and br was set to37lbs. This type of service from a dealership is pathetic. Bought car there in August at that time tag light was hanging out, broken. They said it would be replaced but on Friday they made me pay $145. Please contact me to rectify.

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

I could not believe that I was able to get my deal done for my brand new 2017 Corolla. Always been a BMW enthusiast and usually crave for the top-of-the-line models (such as M6 or 650i), but this F06 640i GranCoupe has shocked me. Not only does it feature the N55B30 3.0L Inline-6 TwinPower Turbo engine, producing 315 horses and 330 lb-ft of torque. It does weigh a little on the heavy side for a sedan at 4190 lbs (2227 kg), however, it is no slouch with a 0-60mph time of 5.3 seconds. BMW somehow has perfected the Inline-6 engines allowing it to produce as much horsepower and torque as V8s many generations ago with the added benefit of great fuel economy (I'm averaging about 23 in the city and 29 on the fwy). Purchasing a used one was one of the best decisions I've made, though it took me a while to find the car with the exact options that I wanted such as Active Cruise Control (radar cruise where it adjusts the speed according to the car in front and will stop completely if the car in front stops), Night Vision technology, Bang and Olufsen sound system. I was able to purchase one that's about 2 years old for almost half the price of the new ones with the options equipped (~$87k). Loving the way it drives and looks everyday; though it's not the top of the line 650i or the M6, I still get compliments from many as it has the M-Sport package with great looking aerodynamic body kits. You will not disappoint purchasing an used one because not only does it feel luxurious, it has decent power and awesome fuel economy compared to other V8 luxury sedans. Highly recommended!

I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.
