Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I traded in a 2020 bmw m2 competition for a 2020 bmw CS. Both were bought new. The M2 Competition was an amazing little car but the CS takes it to another level. The adaptive suspension gives it a more compliant ride than the Competition. The acceleration is ferocious ( 0-60 in 3.8 seconds) and the handling is intuitive and precise but predictable. The seats are extremely comfortable even for a large guy like me ( 6’4” and 225 pounds). The stereo is cranking and the heated seats are just perfect. Very little in the way of other toys. No sunroof or electronic gimmicks to distract from the driving experience. Evo gave it car of the year in 2020 beating out Ferraris Lamborghinis Porsches Mclarens and rightly so. Resale value keeps climbing:)

The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. I’ve owned this car for 3 years now it was basically my first car I got it at 160k miles and I didn’t know to much about cars when I first got it(didn’t maintenance how I should’ve ), I have 195k now but man this thing has been lasting me forever and it never once left me stranded, super fun to drive, it is definitely my favorite car right now I love it

He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. Has it all and gives you great complements along the way. I am still figuring out all of the gadgets. The interior of the M5 is impeccable along with the twin turbo allows you to pass everyone and look good doing it.

I had an excellent experience. My salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. I was there for a total of three hours and drove away with a Porsche Macan!

The M3 has gotten very luxurious while losing nothing in performance. Choices abound. the car starts in comfort/efficiency mode, if you are just going to the supermarket. But two "M" buttons on the steering wheel (you set them up yourself) can quickly change that. I have M1 set up for sporty and M2 for "to the max". The seats are a bit firm. I can ask the car to cool itself via a BMW app 10 minutes before I arrive. Many things like that. The manual transmission is standard BMW, similar to my 14 year old 1M. Many options are via virtual buttons, menus, and submenus, but I got used to it faster than I expected. Through the app I can check how much gas I have and what the tire pressure is and where I've driven (you can turn that off). It can connect to the dealer for regular maintenance. It's amazing! I'm not crazy over the electric clutch, but I'm getting used to it.

The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend
