I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. He went the extra 100 miles, even sanded the headlights for a clear beautiful look. Auto Connections covered all their bases and have the experience to truly find the car of your dreams. When dealing with Auto Connections please remember you are purchasing a “used car”. My wife and I are very pleased with our BMW X3. I am impressed with the performance and the way it handles. I have owned and driven many autos this by far one of the very best.

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

Its so comfortable, fast, sport, low mileage, so clean . It is 2013 with 67k mileage, honestly so clean look like new car .new tire and full service

Car was bought with 28k miles, X5 35i Msport 2013 here, two year owner for now and only smiles. Still has original tyres from factory.

Six cylinder turbo provides great performance. Sport package worth every penny for the handling. I had a 2011 E90 several years ago with the same N55 motor and Sport package. This is just as much fun.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)
