Had a great experience yesterday buying my new car! My salesman Joey was good patient and respectful, not at all pushy. And Marc in finance was also pleasant to work with, very personable. They stayed late to make sure I drove home in my new car that night! Overall excellent experience!

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I needed a van for my business and called Bob Karl's to see if they had any in stock that fit what I needed. Bob said he didn't have what I was looking for in stock but he would find one for me and 8 days later he called me about a cargo van that was exactly what I needed. This was hands down the most fun I have ever had buying a car, the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with, the fairest price I have ever paid, and the nicest car I have ever owned -- a win-win-win-win!!!! My beloved 2011 BMW X3 was one of Boston Feb. 8 black ice casualties. I wanted a CPO deep blue X3 with a beige interior and all the bells and whistles, just like the car I lost. BMW's exquisite Deep Sea Blue is not a popular color (what is WRONG with you people ???) I started with my Boston area dealerships, expanded my search to NH and RI, and finally went online and looked at 100's of cars within 200 miles of Boston. I finally found my dream car at Keeler BMW -- for 5k less than the runner up! So I called Keeler, and Augie (August Prager), the kindest, most helpful, most fun salesperson imaginable, answered the phone. We went over the specifics, and his car was indeed perfect, as was the price. We were able to do the deal easily from a distance, and, within a week, I was hopping an Amtrack for Pittsfield MA. Augie drove 1hr from Latham NY to Pittsfield, where he met me on the Amtrack station plateform. We put my old plates on my new car, I signed a few papers, and I was off to Boston -- with the Stewart's cookies, English muffin, and adorable BMW teddy bear Augie had waiting for me in the back seat. My car is PERFECT, as was this entire experience. I will be hopping trains for Pittsfield from now on whenever I need a new car. Augie and Keeler BMW, you have earned a customer for life! I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

Professional also courteous and very friendly. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Car was finished in a reasonable time. The service advisor Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend BMW of South Albany to all.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!

40e doesn't cost that much more than the 6 cylinder and I am averaging 45mpg. Nice federal tax rebate and I get 800 miles on a tank of gas. Plus parking spots reserved for charging are generally primo and available. This car is the same 0-60 as the 6cyl, but smoother and quicker off the line. I just use a standard outlet in my garage, so a full charge takes 7 hours over night. Public charging spots are 3 times as fast. I take the car on road trips without charging and it operates like a normal X5. No downside to getting the hybrid that I can tell.

The vehicle prioritizes the first two rows leaving already less room in the back but with the addition of a third row it leaves minimal trunk space. Trunk space can be a necessity for many families who travel often but the X7 is only long enough to fit only one large suitcase. My personal experience with the vehicle has certainly had its ups and downs. My driving experience has been nothing short of amazing and surreal as it is the first time I’ve driven a car of this level and power. But my experience as a passenger has not been as joyous. With being the youngest in my family I automatically get banished to the 3rd row while my brothers take the middle two seats and my parents the two front. This proves to be an issue when factoring in that I am also the tallest member of my family and can barely fit in the 3rd row.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.
