I had 2 issues following my Detail visit. One involved unfinished cleaning of my dashboard area which was promptly remedied. The other was a missing letter ?K? from the rear of my car. New letters were ordered and I will make an appt this week to have them applied. Everyone was agreeable and most courteous.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Andrea was wonderful. She was helpful and took great care of us. Some bumps in the process, but she took control to fix the problem - which is rare.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Excellent service! Got a great deal on a Cadillac XTS today from here. Paul Wills was my salesman. He got me in the car I wanted and out the dealership in a timely fashion. I would refer this dealership to anyone that needed a car.

My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

Natalie Rattner was our sales person. I highly recommend asking for her. She very knowledgeable about her inventory. We had a budget and she did an awesome job of finding us a great car at a great price within our budget. She was not pushy & very thorough. Thank you Natalie.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

This has been by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We had the great privilege to work with Josh, who takes the art of selling to a new level. A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

I would like to reach out to BMW of Devon for my latest oil change and brake fluid change in my 2023 X5 and 50i. Ishmel was a great service writer kept us informed and had a sense of looking out for us. Had no problem with services that were done. Haven’t noticed any oil on the driveway. seems that oil will get trapped in the engine plate and then drips out when you’re not level. BMW, please help your technicians in making it easier for them. We know that time is not a lotted to take the plate down and techs are trying to make money. This does definitely affects the overall ownership experience. this may be rather small, but it is something that is bothersome for the owner when he has to remove the paper and plastic that is put in for service driver seat, and floor mat. we also realize that when we do not pay for services, the technician is also cut. By no means should this be that we would get any poor quality work done. We have to take it somewhere else because the technician is not happy. again everything seems to be working fine and would like to thank BMW of Devon for completing this job properly. As a first owner of BMW my expectations are high. i’ve had other problems at the dealership prior to this. issue with cracking performance tires from Hancock. basically too much of a fight to have one replaced under warranty. it doesn’t doesn’t deter me. it’s a shame that we have to go through these types of fights. have a great day thank you

the transition between the electric motor and the gas motor is very smooth, i added an after market exhaust and it has a super sexy sound.

Roman was super upfront and helpful the whole process. He really puts his life into these cars and the shop and it shows. The experience was a pleasure and the price more than fair for the quality of the cars. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know interested in BMWs!

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

This car is smooth, cute car. All wheels drive . Automatic. I feel so confident driving It. My always concern it’s about snow, ice, rain. Which means a lot for me, and of course doesn’t means I’m going to Speed it because I hav AWD car. Just make me to feel more confident when driving. I’m happy with this car. Purchasing a 2018 328i from Roman was a very positive experience. It's good to find a car that still smells and feels like new, this car was driven only by one person, Bank Manager, with no small kids, no smoke, no pets, no mistreat to the car. Really recomend it. Also comes with aftermarket wheels and I can give the original wheels ON TOP for $200.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

There is no other car for me, this is my fourth. I just feel safe inside my car. I cannot drive another make at this point. However, they have become too expensive to purchase.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!
