I can confidently say that Stevens Creek BMW delivered one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had—and I’ve been through 10+ dealership transactions over the years. From start to finish, the team here went above and beyond, but a special shoutout goes to Uno Unenburen, one of the best sales associates I’ve ever worked with. Uno truly listened to my wants, needs and limits, and I never once felt pressured or upsold into something I didn’t want or need. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to discuss what I needed made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I came in pre-approved for financing, but they even managed to secure a better rate than my credit union offered—a huge bonus! Earlier that day, I had a disappointing experience at a competitor dealership (A***), where I was essentially told to “pack sand.” From the start, the other dealership started playing the typical “games” to back you into a corner. I did my research though and wasn’t about to fall for it. It was the complete opposite at Stevens Creek BMW. The team here showed effort, care, and genuine interest in making a deal work, which speaks volumes about their customer-first approach. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend BMW Stevens Creek, and especially Uno Unenburen, to anyone in the market for a car. This is how car buying should be! 5/5 stars!

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Among the best dealership, super nice customer service, Adriel was very patient and knowledgeable and explain all the features and answer my questions in details, the whole process is very smooth, and the manager Shadi was great and helpful in explaining everything. Donte was very patient in explaining the features and apps and necessary information in the car. Overall a very satisfying experience and definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. Before you buy any BMW older than 2018, check out the Isley V BMW lawsuit. You will find the V8 in all pre 2018 BMW's to be problematic for oil leaks and valve stem failures due to defective engine design and excessive heat. I have this X5 with the V8 and it's a wonderful car to drive and look at. It's my 5th BMW and by far the most reliable. Unfortunately, even with all the meticulous care, my car has experienced the oil leak and smoking exhaust, just like all the N63 & N63TU engines through 2018 will experience this problem and the cost to repair exceeds $20K from the dealer. If you find one that had the valve stem seals replaced, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, it's a great vehicle in many ways.

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

This is an excellent car. I was surprised by the acceleration of the electric motor when driving in the electric mode. The transition between the electric motor and the gasoline engine is seamless. This is a great car and it has exceeded my expectations. I ony have to go to the gas station about once a month. Over 60 percent of my driving is on the electric motor.
