1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

My Audi coordinator Susan was excellent! She communicated the entire process with me so I was fully aware of all charges. She made me feel valued as a customer. I will only take my car to Audi Ft Washington to be serviced from now on.

It is due to my age the ultimate driving machine, the performance and fuel efficiency are fantastic it is what you expect from a BMW. The only thing I don’t have anything good to say is the ultra expensive of the dealers maintenance cost unless you have some really good mechanic to see your car and retired that I am you spend a fortiune paying for service no other complain.

We came down from Falmouth,Maine. Yes, it was 6 hrs one way . The Black 911 with beige interior what we drove all that way for. It was just what the website said and more. Four hours later we were driving home with a 60 day plate. The registration part of the deal was even an easy transaction. You all rock at Seldon. Thanks Randall

Had the car for about 6 years and only had a few minor updates that were very easy to do myself. Have the look and feel of a newer/nicer bmw with fraction price and way easier to work on yourself.

So excited I found these guys! I went to so many places and just waisted my time! I was surprised how many decent vehicles they had in my price range which was only 3-4k. The cars are clean, have some minor things to work on but I expected that from a used car. They’re very straightforward, soo easy to talk to! I’ve got my chevy cruise from them but my daughter will need a car soon so I’m planning to come back again to exactly this place to save my time and energy and buy something right away without going to 100 scatchy places that mark up prices for nothing. Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

This was my first car and i definitely recommend. 1.It is super cute 2.it is small and easily maneuverable and fear of hitting something is low 3. it goes really fast so its easy to get up to right speed quickly. It brakes i would say are a little different at first but once you experiment you get the jist and they are actually very good. Overall I would recommend for the price and its an easy car to operate and goes fast.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

Hello, I never thought that I'd be driving the car that I always admired, but, bought a house instead of the vehicle a few years ago. Yes, that's how much the vehicle was. Passing the Battaglia Auto Sales, I did some research and learned that first, its a Family Owned Business, its local Excellent review then seeing the vehicle of my dreams was fate. Not knowing that I would be driving it off the lot 24 hours later. Excellent Customer Service, everyone one was pleasant and knowledgeable in their field. I felt right at home.To be acknowledged when you step into a business establishment of any kind I measure my purchase on such a small gesture someone that Says hello, how are you doing today? Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

My wife purchased a car from Joe and Batagglia Auto back in the fall and has been very happy with her purchase. She came across a minor issue with the car a short time after the 3-month warranty and Joe made sure to help her out. This is the type of service and good faith that will bring us back to Batagglia next time!

My second X3 and love it more than the first!I especially like driving in the sport mode. Great feel and ride and the gas mileage stays about the same.

I went in to test drive a 2017 Acura MDX and Tony helped me with everything. He was very friendly, not pushy at all, took his time with explaining everything. I would honestly recommend this place, and if you go, ask for Tony, great guy!

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I would like to reach out to BMW of Devon for my latest oil change and brake fluid change in my 2023 X5 and 50i. Ishmel was a great service writer kept us informed and had a sense of looking out for us. Had no problem with services that were done. Haven’t noticed any oil on the driveway. seems that oil will get trapped in the engine plate and then drips out when you’re not level. BMW, please help your technicians in making it easier for them. We know that time is not a lotted to take the plate down and techs are trying to make money. This does definitely affects the overall ownership experience. this may be rather small, but it is something that is bothersome for the owner when he has to remove the paper and plastic that is put in for service driver seat, and floor mat. we also realize that when we do not pay for services, the technician is also cut. By no means should this be that we would get any poor quality work done. We have to take it somewhere else because the technician is not happy. again everything seems to be working fine and would like to thank BMW of Devon for completing this job properly. As a first owner of BMW my expectations are high. i’ve had other problems at the dealership prior to this. issue with cracking performance tires from Hancock. basically too much of a fight to have one replaced under warranty. it doesn’t doesn’t deter me. it’s a shame that we have to go through these types of fights. have a great day thank you

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

This is the best car I've owned. Incredibly sexy-looking, heads turn everywhere it goes. Performance like no other while getting 50mpg LOL! This car is a dream come true, can't get sick of looking at it, even after a year of owning it.

I Test drove an S5. Great car. Throughout the visit there was no pressure put on me to buy, no pressure from anyone. This was a 5star visit at a terrific dealership. Although I have decided to put off my purchase to a later date, I look forward to purchasing my next Audi from Devon Audi.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.
