I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

We were in the market for a used car for our newly, 16 year old daughter. Kevin showed my daughter and I the car one afternoon and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and even gave us some great pointers on what to look for while we’re out looking at cars. The next day my husband and I returned so that my husband could look the car over. We worked with Tommy and he was just as great! The whole process was easy and the experience was like nothing we’d had before. We were able to work out a deal and walk out with our daughter’s first car. Absolutely amazing experience!!! For starters I had a very late appt (6pm they close @7) to accommodate my work schedule & Went in there with questions that were patiently answered with help & reassurance, but also walked out of there was an absolutely amazing vehicle. Not 1 time did I feel rushed or pushed for time either. I am truly thankful for all of Jose & Brandon's experience and help. I typically try an avoid car lots because in a lot of cases you have people that just come out and make the whole experience feel like "lets make a sale" but not here. Here its about what you are looking for and how can they help you find that. I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to have an great car buying experience and an equally great vehicle as they also have a very great selection to choose from as well!

Bought a used truck from them, great experience! Since I was from Wisconsin, they provided pics and video’s per my requests. Truck was delivered (from transport) and there was no surprises with the vehicle condition or how it ran.

Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.
