I was looking for my car. I came across Tx Auto Group I called in Alex Hernandez answer the phone answered all my questions I had about the vehicle. I was inquiring about. he sent an appointment for a test drive. I came in ask for Alex. He had the keys in hand upon arrival. I took it for a test drive the vehicle checked out. I did a credit app got me approved. The process was simple, quick and easy about 30 minutes later I was driving up with my dream car. I’m gonna recommend Tx Auto Group to my family and friends. 1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

My sales rep, Xu Pan called me within 15 minutes of my filling out the request for information about a used Lexus RX350. We set an appointment for the next day . Xu was extremely knowgeable about the car and showed me several new features about it as I was test driving the car. I felt the dealer price was fair as there was no additional negotiating of price. The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend
