Had a great experience yesterday buying my new car! My salesman Joey was good patient and respectful, not at all pushy. And Marc in finance was also pleasant to work with, very personable. They stayed late to make sure I drove home in my new car that night! Overall excellent experience!

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

This was hands down the most fun I have ever had buying a car, the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with, the fairest price I have ever paid, and the nicest car I have ever owned -- a win-win-win-win!!!! My beloved 2011 BMW X3 was one of Boston Feb. 8 black ice casualties. I wanted a CPO deep blue X3 with a beige interior and all the bells and whistles, just like the car I lost. BMW's exquisite Deep Sea Blue is not a popular color (what is WRONG with you people ???) I started with my Boston area dealerships, expanded my search to NH and RI, and finally went online and looked at 100's of cars within 200 miles of Boston. I finally found my dream car at Keeler BMW -- for 5k less than the runner up! So I called Keeler, and Augie (August Prager), the kindest, most helpful, most fun salesperson imaginable, answered the phone. We went over the specifics, and his car was indeed perfect, as was the price. We were able to do the deal easily from a distance, and, within a week, I was hopping an Amtrack for Pittsfield MA. Augie drove 1hr from Latham NY to Pittsfield, where he met me on the Amtrack station plateform. We put my old plates on my new car, I signed a few papers, and I was off to Boston -- with the Stewart's cookies, English muffin, and adorable BMW teddy bear Augie had waiting for me in the back seat. My car is PERFECT, as was this entire experience. I will be hopping trains for Pittsfield from now on whenever I need a new car. Augie and Keeler BMW, you have earned a customer for life! Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Professional also courteous and very friendly. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Car was finished in a reasonable time. The service advisor Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend BMW of South Albany to all.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Had a recall for air bag, it was changed in about an hour, was able to use a loaner car during the hour to return to a meeting at work and I found my car washed when I returned to the dealership. Thank you.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

My boyfriend and I don't speak English very well. But the assistants in Carmax are very patient. They helped us a lot. We bought the BMW x3 and are satisfied with it.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.
