the experience with gebhardt bmw was one of the best I have ever had with a dealership I had some credit issues but Jc Mullen (salesman) was an amazing person to work with he worked his fingers to the bone and it took about a week and a half but he managed to get it done for me all through phone calls and text messages I live about 240 miles from them and could not just run over there and figure it out but Jc got it done when I got to the dealership to pick up my new ride Jc was waiting with a handshake and paperwork ready to sign I then went to the finance managers office to finalize the deal and when going over the numbers I noticed there was some numbers that were not what I was quoted (keep reading) the original quote was for $164 a month when I went to sign the paperwork the new monthly payment was $147.99 a month I wasn't complaining but did ask why and was told "well is that a bad thing " and we had a laugh as I said no not at all they had found me a better interest rate from when I got approved to when I got to the dealership like I said all in all one of the best dealings with a dealership I have ever had truly a standup place with great people to deal with

Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. I fell into this deal when a friend told me the dealer was motivated to sell it. I had been online looking for a 4 door replacement for my 640iX coupe but, as a result of COVID, didn't have a lot of current need for a 4 door. I drove to the dealership to kick the tires and drove home with a new car. It was the deal of the century. The vehicle only had 15,100 miles on it. It had not been titled so I received free maintenance until 36,000 miles. The high performance Pirelli's had 100 miles on them. It's certified. It's gorgeous with the Luxury Line upgrade. It sold for 56% of its MSRP. When I first drove it, it felt different than my coupe. Now, I don't think about that. The car has plenty of performance and handles beautifully. The hatchback, which opens and closes with a wave of my foot under the rear bumper, gives me plenty of room for storage. Can't say enough good about this car and the deal I received from Motorwerks BMW in Bloomington, Minnesota.

I leased my first 328i GTin 2014. My son was in an accident and the car saved his life. I replaced it with a 2015 GT. When that lease was up, I leased my 2017 330iGT. (All were new vehicles) And then, I bought it. The interior is larger than any other 3 series, with the same amount of back leg room as is in the 7 series. The interior materials are all of the finest quality, highly comfortable, easy to clean and looks amazing. I thought I would be losing power with the 4 cylinder engine, but this engine packs as much punch as an in-line 6. I opted to NOT get the tech package with the heads up display this time because I have to wear polarized sunglasses and you cannot see the display if wearing them. The BMW Navigation system leaves much to be desired. It is so unreliable that we choose to use our phones instead and utilize the nav mostly for the updated traffic information which is fantastic. The trunk space is one of my favorite features. We were able to move my daughter's entire apartment in that car! Table, desk, futon, bed, dresser, bookshelves as well as a frame for a full/twin bunk bed. Oh, and TV, computers...you know...all that extra stuff. I admit, her clothes went on a roof carrier. This car is safe, efficient, extremely roomy, powerful and looks like a million bucks driving down the road. I'm just really sad they stopped making them.

Great family car that is super fun to drive. The cargo space and rear legroom are amazing! I have a tall family and everyone can travel together in comfort. Add in the panoramic moonroof, rear climate controls and heated rear seats and you get a lot of bang for your buck in this underrated hatchback!

It was a pleasant and rewarding experience trading in my BMW X2 for a new lease of a 2025 X3. Initially I was just going to preview the cars , but my salesman helped me to find the right fit .

I have the M50 version of the iV. I love the independence and drive of the electric car. It has super power, sometimes surprising do. It accelerates instantly and with tons of power. I also love the hatch back; lots of room in the trunk space. My issue with the car is primarily the fact that it really is a sorts car: quite low to the ground, which isn't the easiest at my age (71) to get into. Because of the demand for the car when I bought it, I had to make a decision without really test driving it. The i5 wasn't yet available, and I wanted electric but not the huge iX, so the iV was my only option for an electric at the time. The tires on the car are mounted on 19" rims, so the tire face is thin. This means that the tires puncture or tear quite easily, like just gently scraping a curb. I just bought a set of snow tires with 17" rims but all-season tires are not yet available (hope they will be soon!). This had added a significant unforeseen cost to the annual maintenance if the car. Good car if you aren't troubled by these issues but maybe pass on the iV of you are and head to the i5 or another manufacturers EV.

Before I visited Melton, I truly hated the process of car buying. This was mainly been because of my experience with typical car salesmen. I was tired of being disrespected because I couldn't afford a brand new car. MELTON CHANGED THAT! I was treated like a valued customer even though I was probably buying the cheapest vehicle in their lot.
