My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I started browsing last weekend for a year-end upgrade, and she turned a 'just looking' trip into the best car-buying experience of my life. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Great family car that is super fun to drive. The cargo space and rear legroom are amazing! I have a tall family and everyone can travel together in comfort. Add in the panoramic moonroof, rear climate controls and heated rear seats and you get a lot of bang for your buck in this underrated hatchback!

I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

He answered every one of our questions and we never felt pressured into buying something without being comfortable. I liked a particular model but didn?t like that it had a pinstripe running across laterally below the car door windows. He went out of his way to ask detailing if they could remove it. I wanted four doors so I traded my 428 for this 440 gran coupe...it looks great, handles very nicely and with the inline six it really has some giddy up! The six while it of course isn’t quite as fuel efficient as the four, really sounds much more substantial and performs vastly better. I purchased a 2019 as I prefer not to buy brand new, but with 18k on it, the car feels brand new. Only had it a few weeks but I’m loving it!

I had a day after Christmas waiting appt at 9am,no traffic so I arrived at 830,they took my car right away,I met with Charles German(awesome) and we covered what I needed done,,insp and oil chg/service,Charles told me it would be about 2 hrs maybe a little more to address my concerns,the technician Jake sent me a video and explanation of what he was doing,he made a repair of something that I had no clue that it was broken "thanks Jake" great catch,I was out the door at 11:10,they washed the car for me which was most appreciated, overall I had a great experience and again Charles was fantastic,addressed my concerns and finished up when he said he would,I have had some horrific services on other vehicles at other places,I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here.

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

We thought it would be the beginning of a long search for the right car but everyone there was so professional and helpful that we ended up leaving the dealership in a new for us car and saying goodbye to our old car. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to test drive and had an appointment with Jean (John) Venant on December 27th. The car (2024 Mazda CX-5) was waiting for me when we arrived. Our salesman was a great guy & seemed knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. It didn't take me long to decide to buy the car on the spot. Baltimore in the financing department fought very hard to get me the best rate/deal available. They even gave me far more for my trade in that I was anticipating. Everyone throughout the (seemingly painless) process was great to work with. We felt very valued. My only "complaint" is the sticker shock I had when I saw all the "dealer fees" on the bill of sale. Many things (window tint, fabric protector, etc) were all things that you only typically see when buying a brand new car and not when buying a used car. And, with any used car purchase, I made sure to get the extended warranty. That's just smart no matter which dealership you buy from. However, I am concerned a bit to read very mixed reviews of the EasyCare warranty company, as it seems they only approve HALF of the claims submitted. Fingers crossed.

In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

I have the M50 version of the iV. I love the independence and drive of the electric car. It has super power, sometimes surprising do. It accelerates instantly and with tons of power. I also love the hatch back; lots of room in the trunk space. My issue with the car is primarily the fact that it really is a sorts car: quite low to the ground, which isn't the easiest at my age (71) to get into. Because of the demand for the car when I bought it, I had to make a decision without really test driving it. The i5 wasn't yet available, and I wanted electric but not the huge iX, so the iV was my only option for an electric at the time. The tires on the car are mounted on 19" rims, so the tire face is thin. This means that the tires puncture or tear quite easily, like just gently scraping a curb. I just bought a set of snow tires with 17" rims but all-season tires are not yet available (hope they will be soon!). This had added a significant unforeseen cost to the annual maintenance if the car. Good car if you aren't troubled by these issues but maybe pass on the iV of you are and head to the i5 or another manufacturers EV.

My experience at Frank Leta Honda was truly top tier from start to finish. He was easy to talk to, incredibly patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. One thing that really stood out was the way he took the time to visually explain the difference between buying and leasing…something that can feel overwhelming. Overall, this was unlike any car-buying experience I’ve had before. I never felt rushed or treated like just another number.
