Last Saturday afternoon our 2014 BMW broke down on freeway 580 at 24 . We had the car towed to Concord BMW where we were received by their friendly staff. We were advised we would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for diagnostics. Late Tuesday we were notified on the issue and parts were promptly ordered. Repairs were promptly made and tested. Felipe kept us informed throughout the entire experience.

Miguel was friendly and kept me informed during the entire process while our X3 was in for a recall repair. The car was ready for pickup same day. As always, the wash and interior cleaning was impeccable. The free multipoint inspection was also a plus. I also appreciated not being upsold on other services.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Needed a recall service and Concord BMW did the fix quickly and got our car back to us in a timely matter. Chris Neves was our contact and he did a nice job of checking us in and communicating efficiently.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I received a recall notice from BMW concord for my 228i and had took my IX as well for electrical notice from my BMW App. Francis took care of it diligently. I like how he keeps me updated from the start to the end during the repair process, provides clear pricing and a walkthrough of the work done. Overall I am satisfied with the work done and their interaction with me. Highly recommended

He was professional, accommodating, and attentive throughout the process. Chris took care of the issue I had with a clunking noise from the front suspension, along with the routine maintenance service. Everything seems to be running smoothly now. I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

Both the vehicle service and customer service were awesome. I was in and out. Tony took care of me and kept me in the loop with all my questions and concerns.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

It?s been a while since we bought a new car and it was a difficult decision between a Porsche Cayenne and a Mercedes GLE 350, the Mercedes won. The insurance costs were the factor. I really enjoy the car almost as much as the service! The reason is the service has been flawless so far! We had an issue with one of the sensors where it would give us a drivetrain error and cut the power to 40mph! We found out that there’s a bug that triggers once you hit 1/8 of fuel left it happened ever time and there’s no fix.

drives like a sporty spaceship.. feels like levitating on the road. super tight steering, classic bmw feel - sticks to the road, nice turbo feel. if you have the M Sport package, great sporty appearance
