1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent car. I was surprised by the acceleration of the electric motor when driving in the electric mode. The transition between the electric motor and the gasoline engine is seamless. This is a great car and it has exceeded my expectations. I ony have to go to the gas station about once a month. Over 60 percent of my driving is on the electric motor.

Easy to work with and good communication. Highly recommend for any used vehicle with low mileage.

BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

If you are looking for a car or anything nice carmax takes care of you..they will take any old car if you want to trade in they will beat any price from any other dealership you offer

I get 40 to 50 mpg depending on the type of driving. I get 20 miles out of almost every full charge. That takes care of over half my trips meaning I don't use any gas at all. I understand other people have a different experience, but I wonder about where they're driving and how they're driving. I'm in the US. Love the 2018 330e. Smooth, quiet and beautiful. It is a bit small though, so my next car will be the bmw 530e.

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

Always been a BMW enthusiast and usually crave for the top-of-the-line models (such as M6 or 650i), but this F06 640i GranCoupe has shocked me. Not only does it feature the N55B30 3.0L Inline-6 TwinPower Turbo engine, producing 315 horses and 330 lb-ft of torque. It does weigh a little on the heavy side for a sedan at 4190 lbs (2227 kg), however, it is no slouch with a 0-60mph time of 5.3 seconds. BMW somehow has perfected the Inline-6 engines allowing it to produce as much horsepower and torque as V8s many generations ago with the added benefit of great fuel economy (I'm averaging about 23 in the city and 29 on the fwy). Purchasing a used one was one of the best decisions I've made, though it took me a while to find the car with the exact options that I wanted such as Active Cruise Control (radar cruise where it adjusts the speed according to the car in front and will stop completely if the car in front stops), Night Vision technology, Bang and Olufsen sound system. I was able to purchase one that's about 2 years old for almost half the price of the new ones with the options equipped (~$87k). Loving the way it drives and looks everyday; though it's not the top of the line 650i or the M6, I still get compliments from many as it has the M-Sport package with great looking aerodynamic body kits. You will not disappoint purchasing an used one because not only does it feel luxurious, it has decent power and awesome fuel economy compared to other V8 luxury sedans. Highly recommended!

I actually went to have my oil changed in their service department but I learned there was a costly repair needed to my vehicle; so, my husband and I decided to trade it in for something else. I ended up getting a 2018 Volkswagon Atlas and I really love driving it! It has apple car-play, which has changed my world! Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

Smallest SUV in the range and it still drives confidently. Plenty of power and torque from the turbo 4-cylinder. A very refined ride. Interior appointments remind you that you’ve bought a quality car.

I had a good experience with Nate and Gen; they weren't pushy, they were helpful in getting information, and they were generous with the test-drives (letting me go on my own for an extended time when Nate was busy with another customer). And the purchasing process itself was about as quick and painless as it could have been (though the manager could have kept the music down a little when I was trying to read all the fine print). I came to look at a specific vehicle and I purchased cash, so I can't speak to anything re: financing or getting recommendations from the salesmen, nor about their service dept. 4 stars because I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection for 9am at a place 7 minutes away (Central Auto/Smisco) and arrived at the dealership 20 minutes early, but because the salesmen delayed in pulling the car up front and getting it gas, I got to the appointment 30 minutes late. Ended up being just fine in this case, but they open at 8am and were aware ahead of time so I didn't understand the delay. Also, I overheard another salesman trying to convince his customer to finance by saying "cash is hard to come by these days," which seemed like a poor argument, but make of that what you will.

I purchased the 840 grand coupe over the 5 or 7 series BMW. The sporty style is a big plus. The technology is the same on all the vehicles. For now I am very pleased. Time will tell.
