My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

After several mechanics struggled to figure out the issue with my Infiniti, I took it to Tim Dahle. The service manager, Jacob, discussed the concern with me and then handed me off to David to handle my concerns. David was great throughout this process. He kept me informed throughout the process and he took my concerns into account. Dan was the technician who worked on my car. I have thoroughly enjoyed owning this car. It's fast, corners on a dime, sleek, sexy; and even 10+ years later, I still get compliments on it. It will be a hard car to part with.

I have owned everything from a $6000 car from them to an $80,000 vehicle. Purchased a car for my mother here. I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else They have sold cars for me. They have found cars for me out of state, and never had one issue. Chris and his staff are the best. I had shipped vehicles back-and-forth from New York and never had an issue. I have always used Jennifer as my sales associate and always well. She knows what I like and she looked out for me and finds the right car for me.

The pick up is incredible. The versatility of Ecco/comfort/sport mode makes for both fun driving and practical cruising experiences. The details are carefully crafted typical of a German auto!

The overall service was good but I have a few complaints.. Wehad a 10:00 am appt. Brought in on time. We assumed about 4hrs. So we left and called in later. 4 hrs. Later we called in and they had not started. No call to tell us. We called around 5:00 and car would not be done until the next day so we wasted the whole day hanging around. We live in Park City and we had to make another trip. Also coolant was low and not check after review. We have bought 8 Subarus their and facilitated is a bit in disarray.

Paint job have held up well. Interior is still like near with exception of a little hole beginning to appear on driver seat. Nice clean sporty car

What a truly exceptional experience! I purchased over a year ago now and it has been the favorite car purchase of my lifetime. From first phone call to delivery, I had a very smooth experience the entire ride. I hadn’t purchased out of state before but Major Motors made it so easy. I almost didn’t reach out after seeing some negative reviews but I am glad that I did! It is clear to me now that those people did not actually do business with these people. Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

I can honestly say buying a used car through Mercedes Benz of Salt Lake City was the best experience I’ve had buying a car through a dealership. All the employees were great to work with. The salesman was the absolute best. The price was good and working out the details was an enjoyable experience. You can easily tell that they value their customers. I will definitely consider them first on my next purchase.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Car lasted along time I just out grew it and wanted something new but in all it's a great vehicle for commuting back and forth to work. Needed minimal maintenance and or service
