Been going to Norman in Service with BMW of Asheville since before 2011.... the fact that he is still there, let alone promoted to management, is a testament to the staff and management policies. Consistency is key in any business. Going above and beyond is what makes a service department excellent. Patrick took on Norman's old desk and clients without a hitch... even us high maintenance type of people!!!! His mechanical knowledge and experience puts you at ease with all those "under the hood thingamajiggies." He listens to what we have to say, even though my wife and I have little more to offer than descriptions of smells..... and the barrage of bingbongs that mean very little to us... some how the car is perfect again~ Thanks Patrick!!!!! and mr bossman Norman... Great car for every day commute + sports days . I live in Florida love dropping the top and zipping in the am + during busy times of day. Sexy car elegant in and out. had a 2015 model and now upgraded to 2025 and still loving it although soft top

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.

All I can say is that was the most authentic and gratifying experience I have ever had purchasing a new automobile. Both Raphiel in Sales, and Greg, the Sales Manager should be teaching a MasterClass in customer service. I drove 3.5 hours to pick it up, smooth delivery, but when I got back home, I noticed a few things that were concerning. After discussing this with Greg, the sale manager, rather than just sending me the the local dealer to address, Greg sent a driver with a loaner to pick up my car, (yes 3+ hours away) dropped off a loaner and vice versa when competed. Greg simply said, sir, it's the right thing to do, your car needed to be right before leaving here. Who does that? Well, it appears Field Auto Group does, and now that I've met them, believe in them, and trust them, based on their portfolio of all my favorate brands, I can't ever see myself purchasing a vehicle from anyone but them, ever again. this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

I’m a 20+ year certified auto tech. I have experience with vehicles as early as the teens and as new as 2026 from all over the world. I hardly EVER have anyone work on my vehicles due to my concern it will not be done to the manufacturer standards or to mine. When I do get my Mercedes serviced or worked on by someone else, it is this dealership and only this one. I’m the second owner of my car and I’m over 200k miles with NO major repairs. This dealership has taken care of this vehicle since the original owner bought it new. Their techs are very knowledgeable and very experienced, service advisors are genuine, honest, they listen and put up with all my little concerns, (don’t wash it, don’t scratch my wheels, etc), the parts department has helped me out on several occasions. The sales department makes sure I get my hot coffee and they always take the time to show me the new models, knowing I won’t buy one. This dealership has done nothing but given me the upmost respect more than anyone I’ve ever met in the Industry. From the time I drop my keys off to the time I pick them up I’m worry free and I know I’m in good hands. If I didn’t own my own shop, this is where my tool box would be.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I am a automotive mechanic and have been looking for an amazing car. Test drove GTR, SHELBY GT500, CORVETTE, SUPRA ECT. Never thought that a 4 door Sedan like an F10 M5 machine would change my mind on the whole situation. This is by far the best car you can get for the money and none of the others can even keep up with it

I love everything about this car except for the front lower bumper, I wasn’t a big fan of so I updated it with the M Sport series style, I also Installed aftermarket 20x10 TSW Watkins wheels wrapped w/ Lionhart 255-35z-r20 tires, Tinted Windows,BMW emblem carbon fiber exhaust tips with aftermarket Bora exhaust (Not Loud), Cold Air intake and Followed by a DINAN Performance Tune kit. Lots of other extras as well, like BMW Door projector lights, Aftermarket Speaker System etc…. In my opinion, I feel that I built a car into something that I always wanted. It’s Very Fast, Reliable, Has Style, Comfortable, and I didn’t have to break the bank while doing it….
